Cons:

La douche de la salle de bains fuyait de partout, et j’ai dû essuyer le sol. Malheureusement, la chambre donnait sur une rue piétonne avec un établissement très bruyant en contrebas, jusque tard dans la soirée.

J’avais réservé une chambre double mais comme j’avais un petit chien ils ne m’ont pas mise dans une chambre rénovée comme j’avais choisi sur booking mais dans une chambre vieillissante pour ne pas que mon chien salisse ! Alors que j’ai payé pour mon chien et que c’est une petite Spitz de 2,5kg qui est propre

Bonne localisation, dans le centre de Rouen.
Propreté.

Cons:

Je n’ai malheureusement presque pas dormi de la nuit : lumière dans le couloir et télé de la chambre voisine très forte toute la nuit. L’isolation phonique est inexistante, en tout cas à cet étage.
Difficile de prendre une douche debout à cause de la mansarde et débit d’eau très faible.
Froid dans la chambre.
Très mécontente du rapport qualité/prix à près de 100€ la nuit.

Nice, clean, well centered hotel with pleasant staff
Pros:

The hotel was well centered; you may walk through the historical city and discover the around with main attractions. The room with style and clean. Every day in follow up. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Cons:

The bathroom has one negative one point. You should adjust the shower, pay more attention as the water may easily cool down.

Bien mais un peu cher pour les prestations
Pros:

Chambre impeccable et personnel agréable. La literie était confortable et la taille de la chambre était bien. Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Les parties communes sont un peu vétustes et nécessitent un peu de rénovation.
L’insonorisation de la chambre vis à vis de la rue pourrait être améliorée mais sans doute vaut il mieux demander une chambre sur cours.
