Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е в историческия център на града, близо до основните забележителности, ресторанти и кафенета. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Чисто и топло е. Може да се остави багажа за няколко часа след освобождаването на стаята.

Pros:

Hôtel en plein centre de Rouen. Personnel très disponible et sympathique. La chambre était bien aménagée et adaptée à un séjour de courte durée. Un seul bémol : la salle de bain. La porte escamotable ne se fermait pas (nous étions obligés de mettre un poids pour la bloquer), les serviettes étaient très usées et l’eau de la douche n’était pas très chaude le soir. Malgré cela, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Chambre confortable, bien chauffée et très propre.

We stayed two nights and loved it.
Pros:

Best location and we were thrilled that it was in the heart of the beautiful laneways. Easy distance to walk with luggage to the train station. Very friendly staff. Lovely clean room with great pillows.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little overpriced for what was on offer but I suspect that was due to breakfast bookings on the day.

Pros:

Ideale Lage für eine Stadtreise. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Frühstück. Ausreichende Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, so das es nicht ohne weiteres in der Zeit nach 11 Uhr angefahren werden kann. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Im TV nur französische Kanäle.

Le lit, le mobilier , assez propre dans l'ensemble

L'emplacement dans une rue très bruyante
Le petit déjeuner hyper limité , ne vaut pas son prix
Le bruit, les paliers sont très bruyants et malheureusement pour moi un autre client est rentré a 2h20 et a vomit sur le palier. J'ai failli glisser. Pas de réception de nuit ni surveillance. Ne vaut certainement pas trois étoiles

Très bon emplacement
Personnel très gentil
Le buffet du petit dej est varié er copieux

Cons:

Manque d’équipement dans la chambre:
Pas de porte manteau pr accrocher les affaires dans la salle de bain
Pas de possibilité de mettre netflix ou prime sur la tv
Pas de petit frigo dans les chambres
Ça apporterait un gros plus
