Bon hôtel pour son emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement par rapport au parc des Expositions. La gentillesse du personnel. Une grande chambre et une bonne literie.

Cons:

Les communs sont vétustes et mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement.

A fuir lors de ce weekend !!!

Étant venu pour le carnaval proche des soirées et su tram

Cons:

Hôtel réservée chaque année à des fêtards. Arrivée en fin d'aprem midi accueillie avec une sono ambulante n'entendant même pas ma conversation avec la réceptionniste. Réveillée à notre porte par la clientèle a 6h du mat. Aucun respect bruit de la sono quasiment 24h/24 !!! Pas de petit dej le lendemain matin car ils ont tout manger en rentrant en invitant des gens ne faisant même pas parti de l'hôtel !!! Organisation lamentable !!!

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Situation proche de l’Arena Occitanie, parking, chambre fonctionnelle et propre. Le personnel est très agréable

Cons:

Il manque quelques bricoles dans la salle de bain (qq mouchoirs en papier, coton), une poubelle dans la chambre. Au petit déjeuner, seul le chocolat chaud était décevant (vraiment pas bon !)
