Worst booking experience —filthy, misleading, unclean, poorly maintained totally unacceptable!

Cons:

I booked a ticket online, and upon arrival, I found that the hotel was not as expected. Although the staff were friendly and I requested to change rooms, the issues remained the same. The hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell, the bedroom had an overpowering detox scent, the room lights were broken, the blanket was very old and torn, and worst of all—there was even blood on the toilet bowl. ><"

We decided not to check in and asked for a refund, but we were ignored. Later, they responded saying the booking was non-refundable? This is the worst booking platform and experience I've ever had!!!
