Pros:

Wat een top personeel werkt hier! Enorm gastvrij, gezellig. Het hotel ligt op een handige locatie. De bar is erg gezellig. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en kwalitatief goed.

Cons:

De kamer die wij hadden was oud. Alles deed het, maar comfortabel was het niet. Door het raam keken we uit op afval. Dit kan beter.

Angenehmes Ambiente und freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist absolut sauber und gepflegt. Preis und Leistung stimmen. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Von Müsli, Eier, Brot, Gebäck, Obist, Säfte, Kaffee, Tees. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

La posizione nella città di Cantù e la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto quello di sala

Cons:

Non hanno quasi nulla senza lattosio. La stanza piuttosto vecchia e con una puzza di fumo di sigaretta davvero insopportabile. Spiace solo che il receptionist non abbia proposto l’upgrade, quando siamo andati a lamentarci, mentre la su collega al check out subito lo avrebbe fatto.

Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war gut

Cons:

Bett und Ablageflächen waren staubig, Lavabo war nicht sauber.

Es hatte einiges nicht mehr zum Essen beim Frühstück, obwohn die Frühstück-Zeit noch 1 Stunde geöffnet war. Der bestellte Kaffe haben wir niie erhalten.

War in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Haus eigenen Restaurant war lecker und auch hier der Service nett. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Am Frühstück kann man noch einiges verbessern. Kaputte Schüsseln machen keinen guten Eindruck. Ebenso könnte das Personal schneller leeres wieder auffüllen.
Einige Kleinigkeiten im Badezimmer gehören erneuert, wie z.B. Das Silikon an der Badewanne, welches verschimmelt war.

Cons:

Gerne hätte ich dunkles Brot zum Frühstück gegessen. Schade dass jeden Tag die Frotteewäsche gewechselt wird, ist bei 3 nächten ein zu grosser Luxus.
