There wasn't one
Pros:

I didn't get to stay because they double booked and were unhelpful about the situation.

Cons:

The communication from staff and the lack of advice and help once it was clear they had booked out the rooms yet my booking still went through on booking.com

Lovely night in a lovely place
Pros:

Lovely big room, very comfy bed and perfect location

Cons:

Bedroom was freezing and smelt strongly of cigarettes

Cons:

The room had a dirty carpet, the bed was very uncomfortable, I was not able to use the tv as I was not given a code for the Wi-Fi
One of the window locks was broken so not able to open it
There was a part used soap stuck to the shower unit
Very disappointed that there was no breakfast included in the price
I would not pay that much for that type of room again,
I would not stay here again

Very enjoyable and memorable in good way
Pros:

Whole stay was great staff were friendly and informative went out of their way to help even though new to management, cook was exceptional went above and beyond and food was wonderful

Great value for money.
Pros:

Friendly staff (Sarah). My children liked watching the trains go past. Room was very big and spacious.

Cons:

Needs cleaning properly but I know they are on with this as the place has just recently changed hands.
Some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.
I do feel with how big the room was maybe a toilet and shower could be added into the corner? Just so that you don’t have to share a communal bathroom.

The water in the Shower trickled out , couldn't get a steady temperature,
Toilet's kept over flowing reported not fixed.
Advertised food and meals on website, but no food available
Fire escape was used for smoking area empty bottles and rubbish everywhere

Good location budget stay
Pros:

Lovely old building, Staff were friendly, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The room was nice as long as you could walk up all the stairs you would be fine.
Singer on in the pub and lots of people playing darts , seemed very social, it was noisy until 11 but didn't bother us, wouldn't stay with young kids.

Cons:

Parking wasn't great, car park tiny.
Shared bathrooms weren't great.

Pros:

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Nice pint great to see they sell Tetleys 😀.

Cons:

We got two keys on checking in, I presumed one for the room and the other for the front door to get in after hours? Nothing was explained, but i didn't really think about it. On our return that evening/ early hours, we met another group of guests trying to get in the front door. Neither of our keys fit the door, we ventured round the back. we eventually found the guest entrance halfway up the fire escape, we had to laugh 😃
Just bear this in mind if you book in. All in all, a lovely place

Big clean room with comfortable beds. Perfect for a night and only a 5 minute drive to the promenade.

Nice place to stay in Morecambe
Pros:

The rooms and bathroom were clean and nice. The staff were friendly and gave us recommendations for finding a place to have dinner quite late. We asked for more mugs for having tea at night, and they even gave us more milk and cookies. There´s a nice space for parking by the rear door.

Cons:

There´s a pub downstairs that can be quite noisy in the evening. We encountered pub customers in the hallway while coming into the hotel, which was weird.
