Great potential; let down by the details on the admin side

Great location. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The whole admin side is a bit of a basket case. Prior to arrival I was getting spammed with messages to verify my card though I had already paid. Also got emails about online check in but no link given to the portal

When we arrived it was lunchtime. Check in is not till 3pm - fine. But they wouldn’t let us leave our cases and the lady on reception was very rude.

We also requested a twin room - on arrival apparently they don’t have twin rooms; just a double bed with 2 duvets. Kudos to the lovely staff member who transferred us to a suite at a bargain rate.

Also the hotel could benefit from a bar/cafe, or even a vending machine so you could have a drink in reception

Nu a corespuns camera,a fost fff mica nu a avut 30m asa cum am platit.trebuia sa iau cea mai ieftina camera,toate sunt la fel,nu se vede cetatea decat dupa un colt,dupa ce iti rupi gatul sa te uiti

Un raport calitate-preț excelent!
Pros:

Personalul de recepție foarte amabil și receptiv la solicitările noastre.
Terasa de pe acoperiș unde poți bea o cafea, un vin, o bere reprezintă un mare plus.
SPA-ul este micuț dar foarte bine amenajat.
Micul dejun este mai mult decât decent.
Parcare atât în fața hotelului cat și o parcare subterană.
Două magazine micuțe exact lângă hotel.
Salteaua cat și pernele foarte comode.
Poziția fiind exact lângă Cetatea Medievală Tsarevets.

Cons:

Ar fi OK înlocuirea televizoarelor cu SMART TV -uri.
Un pic mai multă atenție la curățenia din baie.
