Не любезен персонал,за да влезеш в спа центъра трябва да влезеш да помолиш да пуснат осветление,пестят от осветление.за да ползваш парна баня заплашташ 5 евро при което ако искаш да я ползваш пак трябва да влезеш да съобщиш да я включат.Управителите се държат лошо с персонала,чухме обиди по техен адрес.На тръгване пойсках да си напълня чаша вода от една машина която пускаше степче вместо фреш и студена вода.Рецеоциноската не ми позволи чаша вода и пойска 1,5евро за нея.Най вероятно така им е наредено,не бихме посетили отново, много лошо отношение.Шефовете нарекоха готвачката мръсен изрод защото хабяла олио за да направи мекици за закуска,направиха им забележки за три или четири шчупени чаши,щели да ги фалират

Cred ca ar trebui să investească într-un mic dejun decent, altfel prețul cerut nu se justifică.
Pros:

Camera este foarte mare, am avut un apartament, se face curățenie zilnic în camera, prosoapele se schimbă zilnic.

Cons:

micul dejun este rușinos, nu ai ce sa mănânci efectiv.

Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful view and is within walking distance of major attractions. Parking was available.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. There was garbage in the garbage can. The entry code to the room stopped working after the first attempt. Fortunately, there was a physical key in the door when we arrived which we kept and used at 9 P.M at night when we could not find anyone at the front desk. (I just wonder if other people have copies of the key) The coffee machine at breakfast was broken on the first day, and water was on the floor. The floor was not cleaned up during our breakfast. The "orange" juice was like water and was not edible. There was no safe in the room and I would not trust the safe at the front desk. The room was overpriced for the quality of the facility unless you came for the spa. steam room, sauna etc. which we did not utilize. I have travelled extensively and this is the first hotel on Booking.com that I really would not recommend.

Уют и чистота. Лобито, ресторанта, спа центъра всичко е много луксозно обзаведено. Посрещат с големи усмивки. Дамата на рецепция е винаги на линия при възникнали въпроси, много учтива и мила.

Искаше ни се да удължим престоя си, но за жалост нямаше свободни стаи.
