Cons:

Нямаше кой да ни настани. В Booking бяха ми написали съобщение, че ще ни изпратят мейл с линк за self check in и указания за настаняване, но такъв така и не получих. Телефонът за контакти звъни на рецепцията, където няма никой. Не отговориха и на двете съобщения в Booking. Наложи се в 23 часа след цял ден път да резервирам друг хотел. Дори не се извиниха днес по никакъв начин.

Pros:

За 3 месеца имаме 2 престоя в този прекрасен хотел и отново всичко беше на много високо ниво.Мирише прекрасно из целия хотел.Стайте се чистиха всекидневно имаше паркинг и персонала беше отново прекрасен и отзивчив.Ако искате да имате прекрасно място за почивка докато сте в Търново тогава не се чудете :)

Pros:

Very nice Hotel, with everything to be perfect from the start until the check out. Also very kind people. I would visit it again if i would be there!

Cons:

Only one thing, that isn't bad actually, in SPA we would like to see some person to guide us for the Sauna and such these things. There weren't either guides either person!

Camerele mari,curățenie.

Cons:

La micul dejun mâncare nediversificata,aparatele de suc și cafea erau scoase din priza și spuneau ca nu funcționează,pereții camerelor necesita renovare.

Wonderful staff, but the room, breakfast, and upkeep were disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. The staff were the real highlight — extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They clearly did their best despite the circumstances.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel felt understaffed, and there was a persistent strange smell in both our room and the common areas — the heavy use of air freshener made us suspect an underlying mold issue. The breakfast was very sparse and looked nothing like the photos, and the coffee machine wasn't working, so staff handed out a single cup of vending-machine coffee per person. The AC was also a real problem: even set to 16°C and running non-stop, the room never dropped below 25°C.

Daca ar rezolva problema cu mirosul din bai, poate ca ar fi ok.

Personalul foarte amabil
Micul dejun ok dar mediocru.

Cons:

Mirosul din baie era groaznic, insuportabil. Am citit recenzii legate de acest aspect, am crezut ca nu vom fi asa “norocosi” sa nimerim fix camera aceea dar se pare ca este un aspect general valabil-am auzit si alte persoane discutand la micul dejun cum ca in baie miroase groaznic.
Asternutul as putea sa jur ca nu a fost schimbat cand ne-am cazat, era foarte sifonat si avea fire de par.
Am transmis receptiei problema cu mirosul, au venit doamnele de la curatenie. Nu stiu ce au facut in afara ca au deschis larg geamurile.
Nu as mai reveni.
