I booked this hotel, where it was highly misrepresented. The photos and descriptions looked great online, but the reality was entirely different. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place was not worth the price—especially in a city like Hanoi, where you can find much better accommodations for less.

The room was in terrible condition. The ceiling had visible cracks and even stains that looked like they had been there for ages. The walls were chipped, and there was an unpleasant, musty smell throughout. The entire place felt old and unkept, nothing like the clean and fresh space advertised.

The worst part? There was no water on my first day. Absolutely unacceptable for a supposedly “quality” hotel. Not only did this make the stay uncomfortable, but it also highlighted how poorly managed the property is. To top it all off, the room was outrageously expensive, especially considering the poor conditions. I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel in Hanoi for less. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—don’t fall for the misleading descriptions.

Pros:

This hotel is quite cute, although we are in the center, everything around here is quite quiet. I went to the old town and they looked very strange, this is the culture of Vietnamese people in the capital Hanoi. .
Come and explore the culture of the people here, so many wonderful things

It was a calm place to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Very comfortable beds. Nice vibes. Super helpful and friendly staff. It was in a good location.
