Galway Race Week: A 7-day cancellation applies for Galway Race Week Monday 27th July – Sunday 2nd August 2026 . Less than 1 week will result in full charge for one night’s accommodation for any cancelled rooms. Full payment is required 3 weeks to arrival in advance.

This property reserved the right to Pre-Authorise and or charge the card on file for the first night stay – 48 hours prior to arrival.

The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Good 3* hotel
Pros:

Large room. Very comfortable large bed. Very clean. Quiet. Had lunch food very good. Breakfast large selection again good food. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

No fridge in room. Bathroom very small compared to size of bedroom. Tissues in bathroom would be good. 3* but still would recommend. Not near city.

No ironing facilities to press clothes. Would have liked a safe in the room for valuables.

Pros:

Very welcoming members of staff ,smiley and helpful. Good sized room and a great, powerful shower. The breakfast was excellant, so much choice at the buffet, and the hot food was kept filled in small batches , which ensured it was fresh and well cooked .

Cons:

I was a little surprised by its location, an industrial park, but thankfully, the noise from the busy road next to it didn't impact .

Would definately stay again
Pros:

Great room - parking handy. Staff friendly. All in all a nice hotel

Cons:

We knew it was about 20 minutes walk into town before we booked but this was no problem for us. Plenty of taxis available though

Great place to stay if you need parking and at a good price.
Pros:

The Nox is a lovely modern hotel, with plenty of parking. It is 25 minutes walk from the city centre or you can hop on a bus.
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
The room was big and clean with everything you needed. The shower was hot and powerful.
The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Hot with loads of choice.

Cons:

It is on a main road, you can hear the traffic if you have the windows open but personally it didn’t keep me awake.
