Relaxing family night away
Pros:

It is close to the city center and it has parking facilities . Nice and relaxing athmosphere in the hotel itself . Lovely decor through out the hotel. Our room was spot less and comfortable .

Cons:

A member of staff took our room number at breakfast , told us take any table you want , and that was it ! No conversation or how breakfast was ordered or was it self service ?

Buona scelta alla colazione.

Cons:

All'arrivo ci viene comunicato e scritto sul porta chiave della camera lorario della colazione, la amttina ci siamo recati 20 minuti dopo lorario di paerura della colazione e ci viene indicato che essendo giorno festivo la colazione sarebbe iniziata dalle ore 8 pertanto siamo tornati in stanza ad attendere l'orario. Nessuno dello staff si è scusato per questo aspetto. Inoltre altro aspetto gravissimo, dalla camera situata al piano terra si sentiva la musica della hall quindi la mattina siamo stati svegliati dalla musica.
In bagno mancavano i saponi nel dispenser della doccia che erano vuoti.
