Het zwembad was groot en lekker water

Cons:

De kamer(de luxe bungalow) is niet zo als het word aangeboden, douche stinkt en lag nog veel zand in de douche,alles is aan renovatie toe,we wilden gaan slapen trokken de deken open en alles was vies er lagen haren in bed het leek of het niet vervangen was na de laatste gasten..we zijn om 2230u de sleutel in gaan leveren en naar een ander hotel gegaan.

Location, near everything. Large pool.

Cons:

Rooms need updating, no kettle, no fridge, no tv, you have to pay for this! Think they would make more money if this was included in all rooms. Breakfast same every day, not always hot but could get freshly cooked eggs how you wanted. Staff around the pool but lazy.

Pros:

I was happy that the staff and management tried to get us feel comfortable but the standards of the hotel needed a lot of improvement. Everyone at the reception is kind and friendly but that is not enough to run a hotel. They need to upgrade the rooms! They are too below standard and the bathroom had no hit water or proper running water.
The poor is great too but breakfast is really not breakfast!

I like the location and some staff member behaviour.

Cons:

Poor customer service and hiden charges in the hotel for example air conditioning, iron, fridge was not mentioned in the booking. com. This should be upgraded and informed customer ahead of time with booking. Com. I pay for air conditioning but I don't have it for 24 hours and no hot water for 24 hours i was not able to shower.

Läget och vissa av de anställda var trevliga.

Cons:

Ganska mycket. Fanns inga laddare nära sägen. Fönster gick inte att stänga, vilket gjorde att kryp kom in. Noppriga täcken, smutsiga handdukar. Städningen var inte bra, men inte pågrund av städarnas färdigheter utan pågrund utav att det inte får rätt städmedel och material. Kan inte vinda rummet då många ödlor kommer in genom dörren ifall den är öppen några sekunder. Vi fick ung ute terrasser olikt alla andra gäster. Dålig belysning. Smutsig toalettsits. Det kom inte två stora ödlor i vårt rum en hittades och en var lagt i vårt rum. Det fanns inget system om hur de hanterar såna situationer. De personal som försökte ta ut dem var snälla och accommodating. Men ändå, borde inte behöva vara stressad om det dag och natt, undra ifall en ödla krypt in i dina kläder.

Frukosten onödig, alternativet väldigt dåliga. Speciellt om man har allergier. Min lilla syster som har flera allergier kunde bara äta en grej vilket var stekt korv med lök. Om du har allergier är det här inte rätt hotel med frukost alternativ för dig. Det fanns ingen laktosfria eller gluten fria alternativ i frukosten. Tills j med för någon som tål någonting. Är frukosten äcklig.
