I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable and easy to get around. Lots of eateries close by.
Pros:

The owner is very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. All amenities. There was also a usable kitchen. I appreciated having refillable soap. The hotel is located in a neighborhood, easily accessible.
The layout of the room I was in, had separation from the other room by a little atrium with window.
There was an elevator

Cons:

The AC was a little weak, though adequate. The light on it was very bright at night, and the smoke detector light was blinking brightly.

The hotel is in a neighborhood. Many small lanes between the main roads. Your numerous places to eat nearby.
Pros:

The owner is very kind of welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Good shower, good bed.

Cons:

AC was a little weak, but certainly adequate. The smoke alarm blinks brightly.

New property - everything was almost brand new!

Cons:

Water was not warm enough - especially at night!
There was NO Microwave Oven even though the amenity description said “yes”
There was NO daily room service. We hung the “please make-up room” sign but no service was provided until we asked front-desk.
For 900,000 VNĐ per night - there are lots of better options.

Dịch vụ, tiện nghi rất thoải mái.
Pros:

Phòng mới & đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, chỉnh chu như mô tả. Đi chuyển thuận lợi. Đi vào mùa mưa, view phòng rất chill. Nhân viên vui vẻ thân thiện.
