Friendly service
Pros:

Family stay at Trang Trang for holidays. Staff were lovely and accommodating, giving us generous room upgrades and allowing us a flexible check in time. Facilities were clean.

Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay in Trang Trang Luxury Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful in everything we needed especially Luke who assisted us when we encountered a problem outside. This will be my go to hotel in Hanoi from now on. The location is also near everything! The food was decent and filling.

Cons:

Only had issues with some floors being unleveled hope they install mini ramps.

Pros:

Viskas buvo puiku, pusryčiai taip pat nenuvylė. Puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis. Gavome išskirtinį dėmesį iš personalo - nors gyvenome vos vieną naktį, prieš išvykstant gavome asmeninį palinkėjimą gimtąją kalba. Labai maloniai nustebino ir pradžiugino. Taip pat gavome mažą dovanėlę išvykstant, kartu nemokamai pasaugojo lagaminus iki mūsų skrydžio namo, nors buvome sugrįže po kelių dienų apsistoję kitur. Paties geriausi atsiminimai!

Wouldn’t stay there again , they need to do a lot of work on their rooms . Lovely staff , lovely breakfast .
Pros:

Staff were very good , especially Ms Emma . Location was great .

Cons:

The room was tiny , the bathroom had no shelving in shower for care products . A lack of somewhere to put your luggage made life difficult in such a small space .
The bed was not comfortable and very small even for a double , which was not what I booked . Lots of dodgy electrics , holes just punched in walls for electrics . We were “ upgraded” to a room with a “balcony” - tiny and the door didn’t open . It was very noisy .
