Pros:

Cet hôtel est très agréable et très bien situé près du lac. Le personnel est charmant et toujours disposé à vous venir en aide, je le confirme car mon anglais est déplorable. Nancy fait tout pour m'être agréable et son coéquipier Luke également. Merci infiniment et si je reviens sur Hanoï, je ne manquerai pas de stationner dans votre établissement, je reviendrai certainement car j'affectionne cette partie du pays et que je pense ne pas avoir tout visité 😉

We highly recommend this hotel for its location and service.
Pros:

Location & Staff! We felt so well taken care of. We were able to walk everywhere and the staff took extra interest in getting to know us. The breakfast was very good in a pleasant rooftop setting.

Cons:

It was a nice place, I would not call the facilities “luxury”, it was good, and the service was like having private concierge service

Великолепное расположение! Останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом домой, отлично переночевать в центре гооода, пешком прогуляться-всё рядом: театр на воде, покупки в старом городе, продукты 7eleven.
Приветливые админстраторы отеля откликнулись на просьбу сложить завтрак с собой, несмотря на то что мы прибыли накануне поздно и уезжали в 5 утра! Единственное что людям под 2 метра ростом, может показаться что низкие потолки в номере!😊 а мои потребности все были удовлетворены в данной гостинице!

Trang Trang is a good value property in Hanoi.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The daily breakfast was excellent. The location was right in the middle of all the Old Quarter action.

Cons:

The room didn’t have very good sound insulation so it was a bit difficult to sleep, especially on the weekend where the streets were alive with revelers until about 1 am. I know this is part of the Old Quarter charm, but something to be aware you will hear it through the closed windows. The shower was a little rough and not to Western standards, but is commensurate with the price of the room.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Zum Frühstücken kann man sich auf die Dachterasse setzen, was bei schönem Wetter genial ist. Die Lage ist auch super, man kann fußläufig viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption organisieren auch preiswerte Tagesausflüge mit Abholung am Hotel, kann ich empfehlen.

Cons:

Es war teilweise nachts etwas laut, aber das lag wahrscheinlich an der zentralen Lage und Ohrenstöpsel helfen.

Had an amazing stay! Nancy was an incredible host—super warm and attentive. We faced a small issue with our room, but it was handled quickly and everything was sorted perfectly. The location is also right in the heart of the city, which made getting around so easy. Definitely recommend! 🫰🏾
