1. Very poor service.
2. No cleanliness in the room
3. No hot water
4. Beds are small in size
5. I was given one room for 3 adults, but bed size was hardly accomodative for 2.
6. There was late night noise due to bar they have opened. Not good place to call it as a hotel in such case.
7. The towels given were old, and not torned.
8. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly
9. Many bathroom tabs were damaged.
10. Lodge is better than this.
11. Not recommended for family or couple at all.
12. Waste of money..no value for money they have charged

It is not a hotel, it is a lodge.
Pros:

The staff. The Location. Staffs were very helfpul and co-operative.

The room, the facilities. The room was not great. There was no toiletries, towels were very old, no lift.

Good location

Cons:

Booking said room had AC, but once we took possession realised AC was not available. Staff couldn't short it out with booking.com. They also have the extra bed only after repeatedly asking though it was part of the deal.
