location was OK
The room looked really nice on the pictures here at booking.com. In reality the room does not have a window (only a small one in the bathroom). Due to the climate you cannot do without A/C and fan, both are old and very loud. The kitchen utensils were moldy and half (or completely) broken. When it rained a large puddle formed inside my room. Along the walls everywhere humidity damage. I felt so uncomfortable there that I couldn't do it anylonger and left after 3 days. I had paid for 14 days and asked the owner for a partial refund, which he declined. He justified that it is a budget accomodation. The price I paid wasn't acutally that cheap. I had stayed before in Mexico in places way cheaper that where still clean and functioning and OK.

The accommodations were great, the location was great, the staff was friendly and great! I love San Poncho better than any village on the Pacific beach. Been there many times, never stayed in Akoma, but will always stay there from now on. Isaac :))
Location and everything a backpacker needs. A laundry only half a block away and it is done for you.

La ubicación es muy buena y las camas muy cómodas. En general vale la pena el lugar por el precio, no es el mas top pero esta muy bien. La cafetería le da un plus puesto que tienes donde comprar café muy cerca.
La regadera tenia una fuga lo que hizo que se mojara el baño completo, de ahí en mas todo bien. Para que no pasara eso teníamos que poner la regadera en baja potencia lo que hacia un poco incomodo el bañarse.
