Parfait, on a tout adoré !
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la localisation centrale de l'hôtel. Location de scooter également proposée par la réception à un prix avantageux (nous savons désormais conduire comme les vietnamiens :D)

Le personnel est très arrangeant, notamment le réceptionniste a commandé le taxi pour nous jusqu'à l'aéroport. Bref tout était top ! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est peut être le fait que seul un membre du personnel est anglophone mais honnêtement, on arrive à se débrouiller avec Google traduction.

Pros:

Frühstück gab es keines aber um das Hotel herum gibt es viele Optionen das man nicht verhungert ;-) Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Marktes und es war schön früh morgens dort zu bummeln. Das World Coffee Museum ist den Eintrittspreis wert und vom Hotel bequem zu fuß zu erreichen, ebenso das Dak Lak Museum. Ich würde hier sofort wieder übernachten

It's ok, but not a place I want to stay next time.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean. Professional infrastructure.

Cons:

1. The air-con pours cold air directly on the bed. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.
2. When I asked to check out at 1PM - one hour extra - because I went out in the morning and might not be able to make it back in time for the check out, the receptionist refused in a very unfriendly way. So it's a good hotel, but definitely not a friendly home-away-from-home.

Tôi đặt 2 phòng để nghỉ qua đêm, check-in lúc 9h tối, nhưng cả 2 phòng đều chưa được dọn nhưng lễ tân vẫn cho khách lên. Nhân viên lễ tân nam thái độ không thân thiện, khách vào đến nơi nhưng không hề chào hỏi khách 1 tiếng. Khi khách complain về phòng chưa được dọn, nhân viên lễ tân thái độ rất dửng dưng và nói phòng đó chưa dọn, sau đó cho chúng tôi qua phòng khác.

Pros:

Sạch sẽ và riêng tư. Vị trí thuận lợi đi lại và ăn uống. Phòng ốc rộng và tiện nghi.

Cons:

Chưa có bố trí xà bông rửa tay riêng nơi bồn rửa tay. Cách âm chưa tốt lắm. Tiếng đóng cửa khá lớn.
