Excellent, truly enjoyed it
Pros:

What can I say. I booked a Room at Thanh Thuy Hotel as I was traveling up to Buon Ma Thuot to look at the Durian Festival. Already the pre-arrival correspondence with the Hotel was handled very efficient & professionally. Once I arrived they guided me to my Car Parking Space and check-in was all smooth. The Room is very comfortable, spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities. Apart from the very reasonable price, central location, The Staff are The Heros at Thamh Thuy Hotel. Very helpful, always polite and professional. Yes, I will return.
Oh, must mention the Cats, there's 3 lovely Cats (I suppose they belong to the Owner), they very Friendly and always love a scratch or cuddle

Good place
Pros:

Clean and in the city center

Cons:

Clients of the next rooms make noise, hit the doors very late in the night and that wake up us for a while. They should be reminded by the staff.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Good location, price is reasonble. Staff are very helpful. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I will book this hotel again when I come back for visiting in Ban Mê Thuột city

Pros:

This hotel is wonderfully clean, which is a nice surprise in Vietnam. The rooms look just like the photos, and everything feels brand new. I hope they keep it nice.

Cons:

The bed is quite firm. It might feel too hard for some people, but it was fine for me.
If your room faces the street, it gets quite loud from traffic, so bring earplugs. If you want a quiet stay, they have rooms with no windows or an inner window.
