Not happy with the price vs value offered. Booking address needs update/ Very hard bed mattress
Pros:

Location was pretty close from metro station and also a very big market where you can spend a full day especially if it rains.
On the day we left, receptionist was very helpful when left calling us a taxi and being sure.
Hotel is clean and it has a nice entrance lobby.

Cons:

- Big negative is your hyper-linked address directly from Booking, it didn't took us to your hotel but to other hotel, 1.3 km from your hotel and we had to walk with two heavy luggage once more arriving pretty tired to your hotel. That was very unfortunate and unacceptable, for such a simple mistake to fix (either by the hotel or Booking web itself). For all tourists going to this hotel, please use their address you find on google search, not on the hyper-linked address available on Booking for this hotel.
- Once arrived to the hotel, obviously I said hello and commented that address in Booking is not correct which was normal considering that is not acceptable for any tourist either having heavy luggage or not. Receptionist acted like she didn't even heard me, although we are only us and her.
- Bed mattrass are very very hard. It is very hard to sleep on it. I understand that in Japan (a country that I really love) people might use harder mattress to sleep, but for a client at the hotel this shall be optional as long as we, as tourists, pay for comfortable sleeping conditions. If it would be free, I would understand, otherwise I don't . Not at all.

A spacious hotel tucked on a quiet neighborhood ✨️
Pros:

1. The room was spacious for 2 people and could accommodate 3 luggages and the bathroom was also spacious

2. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but with lots of neighborhood cafes and coffee shops you can hop for an afternoon coffee

3. Transportation is very easy use bus no 15, 51 ir 202 to get you to Gion area, Ponchoto Alley, Karawamachi Dori (where the shops are) and very easy access back forth if you are taking the Keihan Main Line from Fushimi Inari, Fushimi Jikkoku-bune, or from Uji

4. Walking distance from many cool museums (Int Manga Museum. Samurai museum) and Walking distance from Kyoto Daimaru

1. The location was abit far from nearest train station (Karasuma Oike St) if you have luggages and tired Its best to just take a taxi from Kyoto St (cost 2,200 Yen)

2. The pillow was waaaaaaaaay too flat for me (parallel with the mattress) but they will give you extra pillow if you ask

Buena estancia en Kyoto!
Pros:

Buen alojamiento en Kyoto. La habitación un poco más grande que el promedio en Japón. Está bien ubicado cerca de una avenida principal en una calle tranquila. Fueron muy amables al recibir nuestras maletas que enviamos desde otra ciudad
