Safety hazards - mould in the room on the ceiling

the place was run down showers not working broken taps in basen house keeping was bad booking .com should check these places they are the one selling the rooms they have a responsibility to there customers

No water in rooms

I had booked and paid for two rooms for two nights. One of the two rooms did not have a working air conditioner, which was unacceptable at temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius!!! Even after several hours, the staff was unable to tell us when the air conditioner would be repaired. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that they no longer had another available room. My friends had to find another hotel to sleep in. When we asked for financial compensation for the unused stay, the staff was not helpful. We only used one of the two rooms at the hotel, and only fully until the second day when the bathroom door got stuck. The staff tried to open the bathroom door until late at night without success. When we asked to change rooms, we received a new room, but again without a working air conditioner. In the end, we had to stay in the original room and go to the next room to use the toilet, which was a huge mess (I have photos of everything). The next morning, when leaving the hotel, we pointed out to the staff that I still had personal belongings in the locked bathroom (shampoo, clothes, razor, etc.) that we would return for. When we later visited the hotel and asked if they had our things from the locked bathroom, we were told that they didn't have them and didn't know where they were. And now to the room review. Mold on the walls, no one had cleaned the balcony for several years, the bathroom was tragic!!!!! The water in the bathroom smelled!!!!

no windows, air con reaaaalllly noisy (1 minute noisy then 1 minute still)

Smell upon entering the room for the first time was overpowering and gross - we realized this was from the water (which was brown) and then kept the bathroom door closed the duration of our stay. Bed was very creaky every time you moved. Location was right across from a club/bar so could hear the bass all night. Filtered drinking water jugs on the floors were all hot.

The room was damp, had mould on the ceiling, and in the bathroom. The bathroom was not overly clean, and the mirror was filthy.
I wanted to shower but couldn't because of the water stank of petrol.
Air-conditioning leaked onto the bed, so the bed had been moved into the middle of the room by staff. We were not told about the leak and moved the bed back - only to come back to a damp pillow.

We've stayed in a lot of budget hotels on our travels but unfortunately this was by far the worst.

Filthy room / black mold / cockroaches / unhelpful staff

The room smells so bad

The property is next to extremely loud bars and nightclubs that play deafening music until 2 or 3 in the morning

The water from the shower and faucet of Room 10 smells gasoline.

The staff quarters were located on the roof top and they were noisy going about their business. They seemed a happy bunch but didn’t always consider the clients.

The staff is friendly but less accomodating.
I feel that they are less accomodating when you check out.
The facility needs extra cleaning specially the corners and bathrooms.
Some part of the facility needs upkeeping.
