Pros:

As for the breakfast, it was really delicious and you had a lot of choice. The staff were responsive. And the location was very good if you want to explore the place, it was very close to everything.

Cons:

I didn't like it much because the carpets weren't very clean in the room and it was a bit of a problem for the kids, and there weren't any slippers to use.

Room was clean, comfortable, nice shower, etc. Hotel is in a good location-- safe, walkable, near metro. Thick enough walls to make the room quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet and pool were always super crowded. It is a family friendly hotel and I was traveling with a child myself, but sometimes the amount of people/kids everywhere was a little overwhelming.
