1- very poor trained staff. Always reacting with the negative response. They didn’t know or try to solve the matters. Just FAIK was very kind and helpful. And GAMZE (lady) was very negative.
2- cleaning was very simple not at the Hilton level.
3- poor breakfast.
4- no facilities for babies.
Breakfast is good , but not excellent.
Our Room is a junior suit and the size is very good. There are some of the facilities looks a bit old or functions below average , for instance the fridge inside the room does not keep cold the things.

personnels étaient tres gentils et polis. le restaurant était parfait. le lit confortable.
ce n'était pas à la hauteur d'un hotel 5 etoiles. il a la capacité pourtant. on dirait des débutants. si ca manque quelque chose dans la chambre, je devrait demander 15 fois. et une fois quelqu'un arrive, on rendait le service 5000 fois de plus avec beaucoup d'excuses. c'est la culture de cet region aussi. faut améliorer. il y a une autoroute entre l'hotel et "vu sur" le lac!

the bathroom smelled like mold and the room was a connecting and smoking room and we could hear the talking in the next room
