Extremely Satisfied
Pros:

I would like to specifically thank the gentleman who was the manager in charge at the reception on 19 March around 12:30-1pm, unfortunately I do not remember his name & called the hotel to ask about him to thank him in person, but still could not get a hold of him. I was not feeling well at all & had an upset stomach & he took care of me till I left for the airport around 3:30pm although I had already checked out.

Thank you once again for your kindness & you set a perfect example for how a manager should be!

Worse than my previous stay
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff

Cons:

This was the second time I was in this hotel. The restaurant and food quality was much lower than before.

Room service was not perfect. I called the reception asking big bottle of water, they said ok, but it seems they forgot

Gastronomy is all about staff.
Pros:

As I left my passport in a taxi, the staff did their best to make sure that I get my passport as soon as possible back.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel does not meet five-star standards at all. There are not enough staff members, and guests often cannot get proper guidance or assistance when needed.

The tea and coffee machines in the lobby were frequently out of service, which was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. In addition, guests were required to pay extra to purchase a swimming cap in order to use the pool. Disposable caps could easily have been provided.

We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool facilities, but unfortunately our guests were unable to use them. Overall, the service quality, organization, and guest care were far below expectations. We would not recommend staying here.

3 kişilik oda rezerve edip ilave yatak talep etmemize rağmen, oda da bir yatak dışında başka yatabileceğimiz bir yer yoktu ve mecburen tek gecelik konaklamamızda birimiz koltuk üstünde yatmak zorunda kaldı.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Van. The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully located with a great view of Lake Van. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

What really made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was polite and helpful, but I would especially like to thank Mr. Deniz for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely caring. His attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay much more enjoyable.

The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent.

I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Van, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Stay this hotel for quick access to the airport rather than visiting the city

The hotel's cleanliness.

Cons:

The hotel was nice, and its location is convenient for the airport, but it's quite far from downtown—literally in the middle of nowhere. It’s best suited for travelers who just need quick access to the airport rather than the city. It doesn't provide any shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who are interested to visit the city.
