Venligt personale. Ringe at der ikke er rampe foran indgangen.

Cons:

Fuldstændig ringe ( og i øvrigt også grimt) indgangsparti. Det er håbløst, at man skal op ad 3-4 trapper med tunge kufferter for at komme ind i hotellet. Hvorfor er der ikke for længst lavet et pænt indgangsparti med en rampe? Hvordan kommer handicappede ind i det hotel?

Selvom man bor på bagsiden af hotellet, er der meget støj. Især fra et stort ventilationsanlæg som larmer hele natten.

At 10:09 in the morning, nine minutes after check-out time, a staff member was knocking insistently at my suite door — despite a clearly displayed Do Not Disturb sign. I had to tell her three times not to enter.

The incident itself could have been resolved with a simple apology. What followed was worse. In two written responses, the hotel manager suggested that I had “set my watch incorrectly,” that I had “looked at the clock incorrectly,” and that my phone was in “the wrong time zone.” In the same correspondence he first wrote that procedures had been reviewed “so that this does not happen again” — and then that no errors or shortcomings were found. Both cannot be true.

A five-star property is defined not by what goes wrong, but by how management responds when it does. Here, the response was to protect staff by questioning the guest’s basic ability to read a clock — twice, in writing. As a solo traveler who spends 200+ nights a year in luxury hotels, I have never received correspondence like this.

Centrally located - but overpriced.
Pros:

Centrally located, but overpriced. Nice for business trips, but missing charm if Greenland is your dreamed destination and you expect something spectacular - taking into account it’s the only 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Reception staff needs to improve customer service and attitude.

Pros:

Wszystko było w porządku. Na wyjątkową pochwałę zasługują śniadania. Zamówiliśmy też kolację, która była pyszna. Obsługa restauracji i śniadań na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Pokój komfortowy.

Cons:

Recepcja nie widziała problemu w nocnej awanturze dziewczyny przed hotelem, która była gościem drinkbaru w tym hotelu. Przez 1h nie reagowali na głośne krzyki budzące gości.

Zentral, sehr sauber, gutes Restaurant und auch gutes Frühstück, professionell. Zimmer groß genug mit aller nötigen Ausstattung.

Great location in the center of Nuuk, in an old hotel that could use a bit of refreshing.
Pros:

It was a poor breakfast. Location was great.

Cons:

Didn't have international adapters to accommodate business travelers. Or some hotels have built in USB/USB-C charging capabilities.
