Great location! Helpful staff. Clean rooms
Very noisy room (412) due to kitchen above. Clattering noises, wheeling trolleys and washing machine noise until 1 am. Complaints on 3 successive days to staff did not raise any level of concern or find a solution.

Very disappointing
Shocking. This hotel isn’t 4 star. The rooms are 2 star if at all. For $400 per night you get a room that looks like a hostel. Screaming people late into the night behind your window. Asked to prebook a taxi for the airport. Showed up at 7am to be told “just wait outside, taxis are coming once in a while”, so basically no one pre booked us anything and we had to hustle to get a ride because taxis here are limited.
Everything but location
The location was excellent. Right in the heart of town. Dinner at the restaurants was excellent. We had a late flight after check out and were able to shower and change clothes in the excellent facilities near the gym. This helped significantly after touring in the afternoon post check out.

The location ofthe hotel is central to so many points of interests.
If you are placed in a room facing the street each night people gather out front of across the street and it's incredibly loud into the mornig which makes it dificult to sleep or rest.
