The view is stunning

Cons:

My family stayed here two years ago and loved it enough to return. This time was a completely different experience. Both of our rooms (5-night stay, 2 rooms) had a strong, unpleasant odor — musty and stale, with an underlying smell like dried urine or sewage. We asked the front desk if this was normal. Staff came and inspected the rooms themselves — and agreed the smell was extremely noticeable. Their reaction made it obvious this wasn't news to them.

We spent almost an hour walking through other available rooms with staff. Every single one smelled the same. Their only offer was an air diffuser to mask the smell — not fix it. No upgrade, no discount, no real accountability for a problem they clearly already knew about, for our entire 5-night stay.

This hotel is trading on a great view and location while ignoring a real, ongoing issue affecting multiple rooms — not just ours. Other reviews mention the exact same smell, so this is clearly not an isolated incident, it's a pattern they've chosen not to address. Meanwhile, they're strict enough to charge guests extra for room keys, but not strict enough to fix a known health and comfort issue.

일층화장실이 정말 사용하기 힘들었어요.
여름인걸 감안해도 일층화장실에서 아주 낡은 공중화장실에서 나는 찌린내.. 심지어 여자화장실에서도 전체적으로 나서 아무리 볼일이 급해도 다시 룸으로 들어가서 볼일을 본게 정말 힘들었던거같아요.
