楽しかった〜
Pros:

大浴場が付いてたのが良かった。
朝食を食べたところもキレイで、窓から鹿が見れたのも嬉しかった。
でも1番良かったのは、フロントで対応してくださったスタッフの方でした。

Cons:

泊まった部屋の扉の建て付けが悪く、開け閉めが大変だった。
206号室だったかと…。

Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Hotel very tired after ski season but renovations were being started. Restaurant was closed.
No lift to upper floors. Did not live up to description on booking.com

Pros:

The dinner and breakfast were good. The staff were accommodating. The room was cleaner and nicer than we expected except for some insects around the tatami area.

Cons:

The exterior looked so dated and less attractive but the inside is not bad.
The door lock in the room seemed weak and it didn't have an inside lock so we felt a bit uneasy at night.

Overpriced for what it was, poor location given no local bus service available. Would stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Neat and tidy indoor and outdoor onsen.
Spacious drying room for ski gear.
Good sized room.

Cons:

Reception staff were unhelpful.
Reataurant food was poorly.
Wine bar was as closed.
Not on a local bus circuit so stuck at Hotel when not skiing and location is in the middle of nowhere.
