Pros:

Красивое, уютное местечко. Прекрасный персонал, домик как на фото ✨
До порта близко, по близости много разных кафе, что является большим плюсом.

Cons:

Стоит немного поработать над душевой комнатой, из за сетки вместо крыши, лазит всякая живность, было немного страшно, а если дождь так вообще заливает 😁

reat location, a little piece of paradise. Then the staff. Oh my goodness so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A huge shout out to the manager Ayunda. This woman knows what hospitality is all about. She is an all around fantastic woman. She really cares for the property and about her staff and it shows. She also really knows that Palms Penida is nothing without the guests. She is fully invested! In short she just cares. This is highlighted by meeting the other guests you talk to. Some are staying a considerable amount of time doing things like their dive master ticket. They are having a great stay and a really good time. I really hope the owner(s) appreciates how lucky they are to have her! It just wouldn't be the same without her. I am a long time visitor to Bali. My third time to Nusa Penida and my second stay at Palms Penida. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Suksma 🙏

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De manager Ayunda is zo lief en regelt alles voor je. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en werd vers gemaakt. Het is lekker rustig op de accommodatie, doordat het van de weg af ligt.

Cons:

Hier kan de accommodatie niets aan doen, maar er is veel geluid van dieren, zoals hanen.

A lovely stay thank you!
Pros:

Palms Penida is a lovely jungle retreat and a very relaxing place to stay. The room was beautifully set up with everything we needed, comfortable and well appointed without feeling overdone. Being surrounded by the jungle was a real highlight — the natural sounds at night were wonderful and made for a very peaceful, calming atmosphere.

Breakfast was included and was excellent, and as we found throughout our trip, the staff were consistently lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The location feels nicely secluded, though it’s worth noting that the hotel is accessed via a slightly hazardous track. That said, we managed it easily on foot without any issues.

Our plans changed so we weren’t able to stay for the full duration of our booking, but we genuinely enjoyed the time we did spend here. If our travels take us back to Nusa Penida in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Cons:

Nothing - however due to the rocky path between the road and the hotel I would not recommend it for those with accessibility needs.

Pros:

I loved staying here, it was very peaceful with lovely staff. You have your own self-contained cabin with plenty of room plus lovely shared areas. Walking distance from great restaurants & a supermarket.

Beautiful stay at the Palms
Pros:

Beautiful property, great set up and amenities. Staff were lovely and made us feel at home. Small touches like kettle, umbrella, welcome book all made the style very comfortable

Cons:

We stayed in room 7 which shared a bathroom wall with another room (a bit open) and the bathroom door was stiff and made a lot of noise when opening and closing. Pillows were too big but did have lots of throw pillows available. Mattress was a bit bouncy so noticed when partner moved around in the night.
