We have booked the property online and we reached the hotel around midnight but the hotel staff said us that our room is already given to someone else. So basically we didn't get the room even after confirmed booking.

I made the payment online, so they changed their behavior towards me. They said, we won't be getting any money from the aggregator, so just adjust in whatever you have got.
Even there was no power backup for the AC, AC was not working properly, washroom was not clean.

Room was clean and good Aroma was blowing as well as bedsheets were clean free drinking water was also available with chilled so good for that..

Cons:

I just have a concern about water so salty so it was very challenging to use specially on hairs and towel and soap was not provided by hotel..

Pros:

Staff was really good to us and the beds were really comfortable. Plus everything present over there was working well and they had that amazing big balcony where you can stand peacefully and enjoy the view.

The bathrooms and rooms weren't clean. Water coming from taps had a weird smell and taste
