Staff very lovely

Pool needs to be heated more
Food at the bistro - roast was over cooked
Steak was VERY underdone. Meals were 2.5 stars out of 5
Bloody keno screens EVERYWHERE - Even at seating right next to the playground at breakfast and all meal times. Biggest disappointment when having kids don't want them staring at flashing gambling screens

A nice location.
Pros:

Room was a good size, nice and comfy. The bed was great, very big and comfortable.

Cons:

The spa bath wasn't working. Great bath but no spa.
