Love the ocean view. Great for morning coffee watching the sun rise.
Everything was really good.
Location was absolutely outstanding and superb. Beautiful view, ocean sounds, etc. The layout was really great, we had plenty of space for sleeping and the small kitchen was perfect for us to use as a beach base camp. Beds were all comfortable, rooms were dark and good for sleeping, fantastic overall!
When we arrived the room had not been cleaned. At all. Thankfully there were cleaning supplies and the service closet was unlocked so we were able to service the room ourselves. Despite being located in a hotel/condo since this unit is owner owned the hotel wasn't able to help. We were able to get ahold of the owner who more than took care of the situation, we were fairly compensated for taking care of the room the evening we arrived and she had a deep clean done the following morning. I'm not sure why this happened or what happened. It looked like the cleaners started cleaning and then walked out but it happened and it's ok because it was taken care of and there was communication.
The condo was very nice, clean, very relaxing
The front staff were less than helpful and the pier to the beach was closed so we were unable to walk to the beach from the Aransas Princess
Loved the location and how helpful staff were, also loved you had your own parking spot so you wouldn’t have to worry about finding one each time you left the property. The view and eveything about the condo was amazing also loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry while we stayed at the condo.

The reason we booked this specific location was for the boardwalk to the beach and it was torn down and being repaired so the whole purpose was essentially null and void although we may do and it was still a wonderful trip… The front door locks are god-awful and definitely have got to be replaced
