An absolutely beautiful hotel and so well designed it was more like living in a holiday village with a lovely swimming pool and palm and tree lined path to your rooms dependent on your room location.
The distance to the metro about a 15-20 mn walk...not easy if you are pushing a suitcase.
However you could call a taxi from the metro to take you to the hotel.
From the hotel say 20mns walk to the Metro then a 20- 25mn journey to the city centre Gran Via then allowing for a change of trains and the line a total of an hour to get to Atocha railway station excluding the initial walk from the hotel.
Easy remedy take an UBER.
The hotel does offer a free shuttle bus service to the airport.
Lo único la cama y la ubicación...
Llega.os y la caldera estaba rota y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría y por la mañana también...la arreglaron por la noche...
Nuestra habitación y la de mis compañeras estaba muy sucia, lo dijimos y aún así no la limpiaron, al día siguiente estaba igual...pusimos una reclamación pero no nos han dicho nada a ver si Booking.com nos ayuda...
No pongo las fotos porque no es el fin...si no que simplemente lo tengan en cuenta para un futuro...

El desayuno bastante bueno también.
Demasiado caro para el estado y mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
Hotel para turistas que están de breve paso.
En verano puede ser diferente, ya que hay una zona de piscina con habitaciones tipo bungalow.
Las habitaciones del edificio poco cuidadas, con mucho tiempo de construcción. Colchón y almohadas muy incomodos.
De lo mejor el desayuno
Falta mucho mantenimiento y mucha limpieza en el hotel

El baño olia mal por algun tema del desague
Le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai jamais eu! Vraiment top, rien ne manquaient et ça vaut 5 étoiles.
Matelas également top et l’oreiller aussi.
Personnel très aimable et poli.
l’hôtel / les chambres sont mal isolées, j'ai entendu les douches et toilettes des chambres à coté et au dessus de moi. Les portes grincent, les couloirs ne sont pas équipés d'un tapis. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles, la douche à prendre dans la baignoire. La bouteille d'eau dans le frigo n'était pas remplacée, dommage quand on rentre tard et quand on a soif. Pour moi plutôt un hôtel 3 étoiles.
Es un hotel tranquilo , no se escucha ruido de tráfico, las habitaciones son amplias y sus balcones pueden abrirse con vistas a la piscina o a la parte trasera, buena ventilación y perfecto para disfrutar de la calma en la gran ciudad . Tienen servicio de desayuno con bufet por 11 euros, económico y con mucha variedad.
La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, la piscina sin limpiar, algunas cosas dentro de la habitación se nota que llevan tiempo sin pasarse ni el polvo, está todo reusado y sin mantenimiento, pintura de paredes y puertas en mal estado y personal del hotel bastante desagradable, éramos nosotros, los clientes los que teníamos que dar los buenos días o buenas tardes porque sino pasaban bastante hasta de saludar… es una pena que esté así, porque el sitio es genial
La zona es hermosa.
El personal muy amable y atento.
Habitaciones con un profundo e insalubre olor a humedad, hongos en las juntas del baño, instalaciones muy viejas y descuidadas. Necesita más limpieza y mantenimiento.
