Pros:

buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo, personal amable, poco ruido y habitación con buena calefacción y sobre todo amplia.

Cons:

La ducha se desregulaba sola, de repente salía fría. También nos fue algo molesto tener solo un enchufe en la habitación, más que nada porque no podíamos cargar el móvil durante la noche.

Bien ubicado respecto Ifema. Personal muy amable

Cons:

Las habitaciones separadas en otro edificio y sobretodo las habitaciones muy mal insonorizadas. Escuchábamos las conversaciones en un tono normal de las habitaciones contiguas y todos los que pasaban por fuera de la ventana con las maletas.

El hotel esta muy bien situado y ademas con el trasporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa le hace ganar puntos, es muy comodo para cuando hay eventos y ferias en ifema.

O hotel cumpriu tudo o que prometeu em relação à estrutura. O restaurante também merece destaque pelo excelente custo-benefício, com comida boa e preços justos. o Hotel fica há 20 minutos de distancia do centro, para quem está de carro é super tranquilo.

No entanto, o único ponto que realmente deixou a desejar foi o atendimento na recepção.

Cons:

A única sugestão de melhoria que deixo é em relação ao atendimento da recepção. No dia da nossa chegada havia duas atendentes que, além de não prestarem um bom atendimento, ficaram conversando entre si e praticamente não nos deram atenção.

Ao perguntar sobre o estacionamento, a recepcionista respondeu que haveria cobrança de taxa e me tratou com certo tom de deboche, como se eu não estivesse disposta a pagar por isso, o que foi bastante desconfortável.

Outro ponto é que os quartos ficam relativamente distantes da recepção e não havia ninguém disponível para auxiliar com as bagagens. Como chegamos em família e com muitas malas, isso acabou sendo um transtorno.

Para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, acredito que esses aspectos poderiam ser melhorados para proporcionar uma experiência mais acolhedora aos hóspedes.
