Die super Freundlichkeit, stete Hilfsbereitschaft, Ansprechbarkeit rund um die Uhr.
Bei Störungen war sofort jemand zur Stelle..

Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

Thank you to Ms. KC Malanog (Hotel Manager) for her warmth, kindness, and hospitality all throughout my stay. The hotel is an epitome of exemplary service!

I recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Siargao. It's located in the heart of General Luna where everything is accessible, the beach, the bank, the bars and restaurants etc.

I can't wait to return to Big Waves soon!

Cute convenient hotel near Lokal Lab (The hub), which we loved.
Pros:

Very cute place with a pool that was great for a cool down after a day out. The hotel is in walking distance to the places we like to eat and shop at. Staff were super helpful and kind.

Cons:

Hotel acoustics are not great and the bathroom door is secured with a latch, thus not much sound privacy. It was unfortunate our room was beside the pool and the other guests at the hotel were ones who partied till the early morning, return to hotel and then go for a swim.

Pros:

Les photos correspondent aux chambres. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Le personnel présente à l arrivée le service d un bar au niveau de la piscine qu on voit d ailleurs sur les photos de l hotel comme etant animé avec la piscine. Or ce bar est une façade. Aucun cocktail n est disponible. Pas de barman pour faire les préparations. Au mieux, vous pouvez obtenir un rhum coca ou une bière en canette.
La douche / WC est très inconfortable puisque tout se retrouve dans 1m2 et il y a peu de pression pour la douche. On a pris la chambre avec balcon : en réalité il n y a aucun balcon puisque c est juste le chemin pour parvenir à la chambre.

Pros:

The perfect place to stay in Siargao. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the meals are delicious. The hotel offers scooter rentals, which is a huge convenience. The hotel's atmosphere is unique and perfectly complements the incredible Siargao! I wholeheartedly recommend it and hope to return!

I wish I could have stayed longer
Pros:

The staff was the friendlest ever! They gave me many recommendations, they were also helping with booking tours, tuk tuk etc. The location was great, 15mn walk from the Tourism Rd. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but has everything nearby!

Pros:

I love the staff, they were extremely accomodating for small requests. The place is kept clean all the time. The beds are comfortable. And the property is slightly away from the hustle and bustle, making it a more peaceful option.

Cons:

Our room is a bit smaller for our liking, but it's because we are bigger people. It's mainly our fault for not checking.
