great staff, poor facilities.
Pros:

The staff was the only good point in the hotel. They were really helpful and always trying to assist.

Cons:

The rooms are old, the shower was dirty, and the faucet was almost disconnected from the wall. The hotel itself seems somewhat old and tired. The gym is not really a gym, almost no weights to train with.

Quiet and clean with great staff to relax from the busy city of Mumbai.
Pros:

The location was perfect as it was close to the airport, and without the hustle and bustle of central Mumbai. The staff were very kind and helpful like Pankaj, Allan, Pnasad, Asadula and the two security guards outside that I didn’t catch the names of. The food was always delicious in the restaurant, and the little cafe was nice too. Very clean and orderly. The young waitstaff were also very good. If we were to return it’d be to The Mirador.

Nothing was bad as far as we’re aware.

Great location. Amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Helped us to arrange taxi. Informed us on what to look out for to avoid being scammed and so on.. went out the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. One of the staff member Pankesh was truly amazing. He made sure daily that we were taken care off and even kept our luggage for 5 days whilst we travelled to goa. The location is great as it's only 15min away from the hospital even during peak traffic.

Nothing. Everything either met or exceeded expectations.

Good location, Friendly staff. Room was well kept when checked in. Quiet. Breakfast is also good with multiple choices for menu.
