Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit Policy

The hotel requires a security deposit of INR 1,500 per night to cover any incidental expenses during the guest's stay.

For guests paying by credit or debit card, the hotel will obtain a pre-authorisation for the applicable amount at the time of check-in.
For guests paying by cash , a refundable security deposit of INR 1,500 per night will be collected at check-in.

Any unused cash o deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to verification of incidental charges.

Any unused pre-authorised amount will be released upon check-out; however, the time taken for the funds to reflect in the guest's account will depend on the issuing bank's policies and processing timelines.

If a security deposit is not provided, all incidental charges must be settled directly at the point of sale and cannot be charged to the guest room account.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

朝食が予想以上に美味しかった。スタッフが親切。両替ATMが直ぐ近くにあった。

Cons:

近くに買物、観光する場所がない。
南ムンバイに行くのにタクシーで1時間以上かかり、夕刻のラッシュアワーでは2時間かかった。

Overall: A convenient and comfortable stay with excellent staff who made the experience even better.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at The Mirador. The location was perfect. The facilities were good and well-maintained, but the best part was definitely the staff. Allan, Prajad, and especially Panraj were all incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from some guests near our room, who could have been a little more considerate of the surroundings. Other than that, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Not good enough, we will not be coming back

Breakfast buffet not good enough, room quality not adequate for an upgraded room, and most importantly - ITS A PATHETIC IDEA TO NOT HAVE LOCKS ON BATHROOM DOORS ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOUNG FAMILIES WITH KIDS
Rooms did not have soundproofing, floor was creaking, the door made a loud noise while closing....again these sounds disturb sleeping kids and create an uncomfortable stay.
The room quality was well below expectations for us. Staff could not give us even a downgraded room.
