We went there and was informed that we cannot stay at this property as we don’t have any prove for our engagement and they need marriage certificate which was fine but the property asks for advance payment which we already did. They asked us to cancel our booking and we did cancel. As we canceled the app showed that the hotel has to agree to waive off our cancellation charges and we will get our refund amount after that . I confirmed with the hotel they said they will definitely waive off the cancellation amount on the same day and then booking.com will refund us our money back in 7 days. It’s already been 7 days and there’s no update about the refund. I always book hotel every month through booking.com and this is really very disappointing. Please look into it and get me my refund as soon as possible.

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

Staff the most. They were very hospitable, polite, helpful, friendly. Rooms were cleaned and taken care of everyday. New Water bottles supplied everyday. Food good quality. Breakfast- enough variety.

Cons:

Bathrooms were very clean, towels clean but the basins need renovation.

Very nice hotel and staff
Pros:

Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room overlooking a garden. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Booking.com had not forwarded our request for airport pickup to the hotel. We waited for quite some time and eventually had to make our own transport arrangements. This was disappointing.

L'emplacement idéal pour un voyage business
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal car pas loin de l'aéroport international et trés proche d'un de mes clients principal chez lequel nous pouvons nous y rendre à pied depuis l'hôtel. Le restaurant de l'hotel est trés convenable et offre un buffet Indien pleins de saveurs authentiques.

Cons:

L'ascenseur un peu vétuste, mais à part cela peu de chose à reprocher à cet établissement dont l'ensemble du personnel reste toujours à vos petits soins.

Great stay in Chakala/Andheri.
Pros:

Mirador was a good choice for my business travel with a busy schedule. The staff is efficient and friendly and accommodated my requests. I would consider staying again.

Cons:

For an established hotel, we expect better approach to uniform guest policies. It is still very disappointing when there is a female guest visiting and the 'moral police' mode goes on for the staff. While a male guest can come up to the room without any questions during the same time.

Recommended by multiple friends who have stayed at the Mirador. A gem of a hotel, 10 mins from the Airport.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Outstanding breakfasts, with a made-to-order dosa & omelette station. British and Indian breakfast buffet.
Clean, large rooms. Really lovely staff. Close to the airport. 30 mins Uber to South Mumbai tourist sights. We booked a tour around the sights which was totally enjoyable.

Cons:

They didn’t receive/check messages from booking.com message service.

Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war auf 18 grad gestellt - das war uns viel zu kalt - wurde aber verändert - so dass der Unterschied zur Außentemperatur nicht ganz so stark war! Danke für die schnelle Erledigung!

great staff, poor facilities.
Pros:

The staff was the only good point in the hotel. They were really helpful and always trying to assist.

Cons:

The rooms are old, the shower was dirty, and the faucet was almost disconnected from the wall. The hotel itself seems somewhat old and tired. The gym is not really a gym, almost no weights to train with.

Quiet and clean with great staff to relax from the busy city of Mumbai.
Pros:

The location was perfect as it was close to the airport, and without the hustle and bustle of central Mumbai. The staff were very kind and helpful like Pankaj, Allan, Pnasad, Asadula and the two security guards outside that I didn’t catch the names of. The food was always delicious in the restaurant, and the little cafe was nice too. Very clean and orderly. The young waitstaff were also very good. If we were to return it’d be to The Mirador.

Cons:

Nothing was bad as far as we’re aware.
