Awesome location & friendliest staff, but having to pay extra for stuff that should be included.
Pros:

The location and the staff were awesome.

Cons:

Having to pay 80 euros on a 250 euro/night reservation to checkin 5 hours early + having to pay extra for using the gym in this price category.

The restaurant are very elegant and very nice service but the menu are not very clear specifically the Chinese.

Excellent location, breakfast and perks!
Pros:

We loved the breakfast, the location, the fact that they offered a crib for our baby, and how convenient it was to be right next to the Limousine Bus station.
Also, the metro has a direct exit to the hotel, which was amazing after a long day walking!
