Very comfortable with exceptional services
Pros:

Valve for money this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff were the best, always trying to help in any way they could. Next door to train station as well.

Cons:

Nothing. The place was exceptional

Pros:

Rooms were a good size and bathroom amenities & room tea/coffee were great.
proximity to subway line and airport bus was very convenient

Cons:

Only 1 restaurant was open that closed at 9pm, the lounge had irregular hours and closed early and pub wasn’t open during our stay.
None of this was reflected on website.
Rooms and bathrooms were very dated but good size.

Pros:

I like the location, view from our room, close proximity to the bus station, 7/11. it's quiet in this part of Tokyo, it's also close to tsukiji market

Cons:

there is nothing I don't like about the hotel so far.

Very good hotel with excellent service.
Pros:

Service of the staff at the reception desk and in the executive lounge was exceptional. Housekeeping was great and attentive. Rooms and the facilities were quite good. We enjoyed during our 5 days stay in this hotel.

Cons:

Only downside was the concierge service. When we needed it one day at around 11.00 am, there was no staff available though we waited for about 10 minutes.
