I had a booking at Ginger Hotel.

9th June 26 to 12th June 26.(3days)
Check-in: 9th June 2026, 10:00 PM

There was a power issue at 4:00 AM, and I was evacuated to another Ginger Hotel - Ginger Satellite nearby. The hotel charged me separately for the remaining 2 days despite this being their operational issue.

Since I was forced to relocate due to hotel-side problems, kindly refund the extra amount charged for those 2 days ASAP.
