Nach Rezeptionsende hat man dennoch unkompliziert die Schlüssel erhalten

Das der Fahrstuhl erst im 1.OG beginnt . Mit schweren Koffer sehr anstrengend.

Мы остановились в этом обьекте на выходные, все начиналось хорошо, но вечером, когда мы ложились спать, обнаружили в кровати насекомых, оказалось это были постельные клопы! Мы попросили сменить нам номер, сначала нам сказали что номеров свободных нет, но потом нашли. На утро муж был весь в пятнах от укусов и теперь по приезду домой нам предстоит лечение.

Wir waren hier mehrere Tage. Am Ende des Urlaubs bemerkten wir auf einmal am ganzen Körper Bisse, die sehr nach Bettwanzen aussahen. Wir informierten das Hotel und uns wurde versichert, das Zimmer wurde gründlich abgesucht und es wurde nichts gefunden. Wir mussten eine Woche Antiallergika nehmen und eine teure Salbe kaufen. Wir hatten noch nie so schlimme Tage mit so viel Juckreiz. Das Hotel sagte uns, sie werden es weiter beobachten. Vor Kurzem habe ich hier eine Bewertung von einem anderen Gast gelesen, der dasselbe Problem hatte, und zwar nach uns. Wir baten das Hotel um einen Preisnachlass, dieser wurde uns bis heute nicht gewährt. Teilweise bekomme ich gar keine Antworten mehr. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Perfekt där vi ville vara, stort, fräscht, nära till tunnelbana, tyst. Trevlig frukost dock ej glutenfritt alternativ

Cons:

För lite bestick och tallrikar på rummet, passar inte rullstolsbundna även vi inte hade med oss så börjar hissen från våning 1.

Cons:

Het bed had bedwantsen! Ik werd de eerste ochtend wakker met allerlei kleine bultjes, de tweede nacht was nog erger. Vreselijk!
Erg jammer want op het eerste gezicht zag de kamer er netjes uit.
