The location is great, and it’s a big plus that there’s a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel.
Even though it was freezing outside, the central heating system wasn't blowing warm air, so I had to stay in a cold room. There was also no hairdryer in the room

The location close to the airport was great! Staff were very receptive and patient with us as we fumbled through ordering room service. The shower and room, in general, were excellent.
The hotel has been around a while, and the floor showed it. Some of the floor had been wet so it was uneven. We had the air conditioner on, but, since it was still not as warm outside, it blew hot air. So, we had to keep it turned off and sleep with the window open.
Proximity to the airport.
Bed sheets were full of someone else’s hair, the ac wasn’t working and the room service food had a plastic string in it which we returned and was replaced by under cooked shrimps and tasteless food.
The transportation to and from were easy and timely. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend to stay here for an easier transition into the country after a long flight.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing, contrary to expectations. First, I went to the snack bar, and the employee treated me unacceptably, telling me that the hotel management had instructed him to stop taking food orders after 7:30 PM. After inquiring with the hotel, it turned out that this information was incorrect and that orders were still available. This gave me the impression that the employee was unwilling to do his job. Adding to this, I slipped in front of the hotel entrance in the evening because it was raining, and the hotel hadn't taken into account the wet floor. No one even asked if I needed anything or if I should see a doctor.
