Pros:

My stay at Zoe Hora exceeded every expectation. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff were attentive 24/7, always smiling, polite, and welcoming, they truly made me feel at home. There were restaurants to choose from, all with exceptional food and service, plus a great spa, swimming pool to relax in and even yoga sessions. Highly recommend!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Zoe Hora e posso dire sinceramente che è uno dei luoghi più speciali che abbia mai visitato.

Fin dal primo momento ho capito che non si trattava semplicemente di un hotel. Ha l’atmosfera di un piccolo borgo, perfettamente integrato nella natura e nel patrimonio locale. È il tipo di posto che ti fa rallentare, respirare e sentirti immediatamente connesso a ciò che ti circonda. Qualcuno potrebbe paragonarlo a un villaggio italiano o francese, ma credo che sarebbe riduttivo: Zoe Hora ha una personalità tutta sua ed è davvero unico.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The view was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Characterful hotel in breathtaking mountain location with rooms composed of houses in a restored village. Amazing sunset bar with stunning mountain and coastal views. Tastefully restored rooms in pared-back luxurious style.

Cons:

No downsides. The only slight drawback was the out of town location, location requiring taxis to Dhërmi and other beaches. Maybe the hotel could offer a shuttle service to beaches?

It's a nicer place than it even looks in the pictures, well run and perfectly appointed.
Pros:

The pictures don't actually do this place justice, it's one of the nicest restorations I've ever seen! The little village they rebuilt as part of this resort was perfect and so fun to enjoy. The Albanian restaurant on site served an incredible menu and the fancy restaurant on site was clearly one of the nicest restaurants in the entire region. In addition, the staff helped us tremendously by directing us to their sister hotel on Drymades beach that took excellent care of us when we spent time enjoying the beach.

Cons:

Everyone was friendly and worked to help us, but for some reason the female staff gave off the impression they were miserable. I'm not asking anyone to misrepresent how their work is going, but if you were trying to get an impression from some of the staff, they do not seem to enjoy working there at all.

Pros:

We visited Zoe Hora for our honeymoon and we definitely liked it. Its atmosphere was enchanting. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony which had a great view. The staff was kind and helpful. We had everything we needed here. It felt calm to swim among mountains, trees and birds. Breakfast was fresh and spa was worth to try. We also visited another hotel in Dhermi and I can say that Zoe Hora feels special. We definitely would like to visit here again.

Un cadre exceptionnel et une vue à couper le souffle, mais une ambiance très touristique
Pros:

Le cadre de l'hôtel est absolument spectaculaire. Situé en hauteur, il offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur un magnifique village aux maisons typiques. Le lieu est vraiment unique et mérite d'être découvert.

Le service de voiturier est pratique pour les bagages. Le restaurant principal propose une cuisine de grande qualité, avec d'excellents produits et des plats parfaitement préparés, même si les prix sont assez élevés.

Nous avons également découvert le second restaurant de l'hôtel, beaucoup moins mis en avant, et ce fut une excellente surprise. L'ambiance y est authentique, avec des plats traditionnels, de la musique et des danses locales. Et des prix bien moins élevés. Une très belle expérience.

La chambre était bien plus grande qu'imaginé, elle disposait de la climatisation et d'une petite terrasse devant la porte d'entrée.

La vue depuis la piscine est vraiment très belle.

Cons:

L'hôtel est une véritable attraction touristique. De nombreuses personnes extérieures viennent uniquement pour prendre des photos ou profiter des restaurants. En soirée, les espaces communs sont très fréquentés, ce qui enlève une partie du calme recherché.

Le service de voiturier pourrait être plus réactif : il n'y avait pas toujours quelqu'un de disponible et nous avons souvent dû nous déplacer à pied jusqu'au parking. Le service de voiturier est pratique, mais il n'était pas toujours disponible pour les clients de l'hôtel en journée. Ce n'est pas un problème en soi, mais lorsqu'il fait plus de 35 °C et qu'il faut remonter jusqu'au parking, sans ombre, le service est vraiment appréciable pour éviter d'arriver en sueur. En revanche, le soir, lorsque les clients extérieurs viennent dîner au restaurant, plusieurs voituriers sont présents pour les accueillir, ce qui donne l'impression que le service est davantage organisé pour le restaurant que pour les résidents de l'hôtel.

Autre point décevant : la piscine ferme dès 17 h 00 afin de préparer les installations pour le service du soir au restaurant. C'est dommage pour les clients qui souhaitent en profiter en fin d'après-midi.

Enfin, la chambre il n'y avait pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bains, y compris pour les toilettes, ce qui manque d'intimité. Les finitions sont également perfectibles et donnent une impression d'inachevé.

Le lieu vaut clairement le détour pour son cadre exceptionnel, mais, pour notre part, nous ne pensons pas y revenir en raison de son côté très « Instagram » et de l'affluence importante.

Pros:

The room and views were absolutely incredible. One of the best hotels I've stayed at! We also used the spa facilities which were gorgeous. All the little details in the room made is a special stay.

Cons:

The food/drinks are way overpriced at restaurant! We only booked it as a one off treat for a birthday celebration but its really not worth the money. We later walked down to the gyros place as we were still hungry. All the Instagrammers ruined the vibes as they were constantly taking pictures & videos of themselves.

We really enjoyed our room, was very comfortable and the outdoor pool area was lovely. Beautiful property.

Cons:

The gym was not opened (renovations happening), the overall service was not what I was expecting for the cost of staying at the hotel and did not find the staff to go above and beyond like other places we stayed at.

Es war ein schöner, besonder Aufenthalt. Das Feeling von dem Hotel muss man mal erlebt haben

Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter in den alten Gebäuden.
Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Die freie Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön, sowohl tagsüber als auch abends.

Cons:

Der Pool hat leider nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet.
Man kann im Hotel direkt auch essen. Das ist aber im Gegensatz zu den Restaurant in der Umgebung teuer. Die Getränke sind auch etwas teurer - sehr schade. Aus diesem Grund sind wir abends immer außerhalb essen gegangen.
