Die Lage der Anlage war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kalt, ich habe den Heizkörper aufgedreht, aber gegen Morgen wurde es warm. Außerdem roch das Zimmer nach Zigaretten und es war feucht. Die Wände des Zimmers waren auch schmutzig.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und das Bett bequem. Auch war man sehr Zentral in der Stadt und konnte sich sehr schnell beschäftigen.

Cons:

Als ich dort ankam, war die Türe abgeschlossen und man musste das Personal angerufen werden, damit man reinkam. Es war nichts vorbereitet. Zum Check-in gab es nur Papierlisten. Dann wurde nicht überprüft, ob ich denn schon bezahlt hatte und wurde klanglos an die Chefin weitergereicht, die mir ewig nicht geglaubt hat. Trotz Foto beweis und Bestätigung. Finde ich unglaublich unprofessionell. Sowas sollte vorher überprüft werden und nicht erst, wenn der Gast vor einem steht.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Ansprechbarkeit besser englisch. Für die Nähe zu Frankfurt sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück nicht opulent, aber für 10 Euro alles da. Parkplatz ist inclusive ! Fahrstuhl funktioniert ! In der Nähe Bäcker, Lebensmitteleinkauf und Restaurants.

Cons:

Parken am späten Abend ist ein Problem. Wenn voll ist , gibts kaum Alternativen. Die demolierten scharfkantigen ehemaligen Parkbegrenzugsbügel auf dem Parkplatz der rechten Zufahrt würde ich abmontieren.

Never ever !!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

Gar nichts. Es war das schlechtete Hotel in dem wir genächtigt haben. Und wir waren schon in ca. 20 verschiedenen Hotels.
Das gebuchte Zimmer konnten wir auf Grund des Rauch-Gestankes nicht beziehen und wurden somit "umgesiedelt" in ein anderes Zimmer.

Cons:

Rausgerissene Steckdose im Bad (Feuchtraum) mit Tesafilm befestigt!!!!! Lampe im Bad defekt (Lichtorgel/Geflackete), defekter Türschliessmechanismus von Eingangstüre,
Heizungsventil defekt (ausgestellt, trotzdem Wärme), Fenstervorhänge nicht in Ordnung.
Frühstück der einfachsten Sorte !!!
Extreme Lautstärke bei den Zimmern, die zur Strasse ausgerichtet sind.
