Localização e preço.

Cons:

Não é um hotel. Trata-se um quarto dentro do hotel Mercure. O nome engana e o filtro do Booking permite o erro de interpretação (embora o nome denunciasse um pouco). Próximo da data do check-in recebi um e-mail pedindo meus dados da reserva que tinha feito, achei estranho e não entrei no link. Uma semana antes em outra reserva veio um e-mail que quase respondi pedindo para entrar novamente com meus dados do cartão de crédito, obviamente não coloquei. Como não informei meu nome, a recepção do Mercure não tinha meus dados, mas com meu voucher impresso permitiram minha entrada. Outros pontos negativos, os móveis estravam gastos, a TV não tinha nenhum canal pago e a escrivaninha estava com micro-ondas e torradeira, não permitndo o uso para trabalho.

Localização estratégica
Pros:

Localização excelente, mas o apartamento precisa de alguns reparos: ar condicionado não estava gelando, creio que uma limpeza resolveria.
O exaustor do banheiro estava com defeito e não há área de ventilação.
Controle da tv não estava funcionando.
