Pros:

Location was great, only few minutes from Otsuka station on the Yamanote Line. The staff was always smiling and polite. The breakfast staff was effective and friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh made bread rolls. Restaurants and food shops and a mall nearby.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen, ilmainen juoma-automaatti kiva lisä.

Cons:

Huone oli vanha ja kulunut eikä kovinkaan hyvin siivottu. Katossa oli jälkiä vesivahingosta ja tapetissa oli epämääräisiä tahroja. Omituista, että jääkaappi piti itse laittaa päälle (en usko vieraiden päälle/pois-kliksuttelun olevan sen energiatehokkaampaa kuin se, että kaappi olisi koko ajan päällä). Ei myöskään tuntunut kovin turvalliselta, että huoneeseen kirjauduttiin numerokoodilla tyypillisen avainkortin sijaan.

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, zawsze mili i pomocni. Hotel jest dosłownie 3 minuty od stacji, w pobliżu dużo sklepów. Darmowy bar to super udogodnienie, śniadania smaczne. Przybyłem wcześniej, ale pozwolono mi zostawić bagaż w recepcji zanim dostałem pokój.

Śniadania mogły by być do trochę późniejszej godziny.

Pros:

地點令人滿意，距離JR大塚車站很近對面還有超市。提供早餐，服務人員在麵包出爐時還會一桌桌問要不要夾一個熱騰騰的麵包。

The breakfast ladies made my mornings better!
Pros:

It was in a great location that was easy to get to from the train station!
I was struck how the breakfast ladies cared about your wellbeing & would make sure you were looked after! I so appreciated their care towards guests!

Cons:

Having to put a code into the door to enter our rooms BUT it wasn’t a negative thing just different!

スタッフのみなさん優しいくて感謝
Pros:

スタッフの方みなさんが大変優しく対応していただけた。
当初10泊の予定がイレギュラーな日程に変更になったが親身になって対応いただき感謝しております。
朝食も美味しいしアルコールも含めたドリンクコーナーが大変よかった。

エレベーターが1機なのでタイミングが悪いと待ち時間があった。
