スタッフのみなさん優しいくて感謝
Pros:

スタッフの方みなさんが大変優しく対応していただけた。
当初10泊の予定がイレギュラーな日程に変更になったが親身になって対応いただき感謝しております。
朝食も美味しいしアルコールも含めたドリンクコーナーが大変よかった。

Cons:

エレベーターが1機なのでタイミングが悪いと待ち時間があった。

Pros:

The amenities and lobby bar was great. Each day they let you pick 5 items like razor, mouthwash, hand towel, or other things to get. Great perk of the hotel. The pillow is hard in rooms but you can exchange for different pillows in the lobby area.

Cons:

There is only one elevator so waiting for many people to use it will take time. Otherwise it's a great hotel!

Better for single person
Pros:

Very clean and the staff were excellent. Tea, coffee, water etc was very good. Open bar from 6pm - 9pm. Toiletries available from foyer. Choice of pillows in foyer.

Cons:

Room was very small. Beds were too small. Would be okay if one person staying there or parent with a child. Breakfast was not western so not much to each. Lots of salad available and cold egg. Would have loved some toast.

受付及び朝食担当のスタッフがとても気持ちのいい接客だった。シャワーの水が髪に良かったようだ。

Cons:

マッサージの案内がＴＶの上にあり、分かり辛くチェックアウト前の晩にある事に気づいた。
朝食のみそ汁が辛かった。

Pros:

Ótima localização , bem próximo a estação e vários estacionamentos próximos com ótimo preço. Quartos super limpos.
Funcionários super atenciosos, o café da manhã não com tantas opções porém tudo delicioso.

Cons:

O pijama poderia ser de outro material. Mas no caso sou eu quem não se adaptou ao material, meu marido usou sem problema.
