Pros:

La proprietaria ci ha lasciato la possibilità di rimanere mezz’ora in più oltre il check in. La sera ci hanno offerto delle bevande e bibite mentre sedevamo sui tavoli comuni.

Cons:

Il balcone non é privato della stanza, manca un posto in cui stendere. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato dei peli sul lavandino, sul mobile bagno e una macchia sul lenzuolo. Non c’era tappeto per il bagno, il doccino aveva una perdita che ha allagato tutto il bagno.
Non c’è un armadio, niente coperta o cuscini extra.
Quando abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile ripulire, la signora delle pulizie ha avuto una reazione davanti a noi come spazientita dalla nostra richiesta. Quando siamo arrivati alle 13 passate, la seconda delle due camere prenotate non era pronta. Parcheggio non presente.

Cons:

Los cajones y los platos de la habitación estaban sucios . Habia oxido en muebles del baño y donde se pone el papel. De sabanas habían fundas de edreron, te dan 2 individuales para una cama de matrimonio, ademas eran muy cortas. Al abrir por completo la ducha salía agua disparada por arriba, llenando gran parte del baño de agua y tocando casi el enchufe, lo cual es peligroso. La verdad que esperábamos algo mejor por las puntuaciones que tenía el hotel. El check out es de 9 a 10, a las 9.50h contactamos por whatsapp como nos indicaron para hacer check out, pero no contesraron, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que bajase una persona a coger las llaves de la habitación...

Excellent hotel with a great location! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and all the shops, cafes, and everything you need are nearby. Very convenient and enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!

Pros:

A quiet place to relax and enjoy with family. A well maintained facility and the host was fantastic. We didn't have a problem navigating around Durres as our host mapped out for us fun places to visit and to top it all she connected us with a taxi who took us around the town and later dropped us off at the airport charging reasonable fare.

Cons:

Nothing really, considering we weren't looking for much, just a quiet and modest hotel to enjoy private time.
