Pros:

Manager was so good and kind , there was a kitchen and if we want to make smthing to eat we can use their kitchen 😄 location was so good and u can go to the beach with in 3mins staff was very helpful 😄👍

I chose this hotel because in the map it was central in Trincomalee, but for Sistema error and di placed location I slept 17 km far from city. So I spent time and at least 20 USA dollars for taxi. I hope for fast repayment

Pros:

closer to the beach. staff was friendly and helpful. Could be more satisfied if the cleanliness was high. If they coconsider it, the place will be worthier for the money you spend.

Cons:

Can not satisfy the cleanliness of the bathroom.
Bed sheets were torn.
Rug was seem not be cleaned.

Ac working very good.
Beach is working distance .100mtrs.

Cons:

i stay one night with family .Hot water not working.
Wash basin built in very high. My kids cant use it. We also use it very difficulty.
No foods near. We go too far for get foods.
