צוות מקסים אבל המתקנים של המלון דרושים תיקון
Pros:

המיקום מעולה והצוות מקסים וניסו מאוד לעזור לנו עם כל בעיה. באו אפילו מאוחר בלילה לנסות לפתור לנו בעיה עם המזגן.

Cons:

המזגן בחדר לא עבד טוב והגיעו לתקן אותו רק מאוחר בלילה אחרי שאמרנו להם שהוא לא עובד כשעשינו צ׳ק אין. גם המים החמים לא עבדו ולא הצליחו לתקן את זה. נאלצנו לעבור מלון ולא להישאר לשאר הלילות שקבענו. כאשר ביקשנו לקבל החזר לא קיבלנו מענה.

Not great value for what we got and disappointing
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good.

Cons:

The rooms were not well maintained. Linens not very nice, water marks on bathroom ceiling, door did not close and lock correctly, poor lighting, dusty and moldy air con and mosquito net. Cold showers and power/water went out on the island for most our stay.

Cons:

Je ne conseil pas cet hôtel, la chambre n’était pas conforme à ce que nous avons réservé. Nous avons donc cherché à partir (comme d’autres clients !!) et le personnel nous a indiqué que le propriétaire a décidé de « laisser tomber » cet hôtel au profit de celui qu’il est en train d’ouvrir sur l’île.

Je trouve personnellement que le rapport qualité prix n y est pas … il manque plein de chose pour justifier le prix … la semaine d avant nous étions dans un autre établissement sur la même île à quelques mètres et nous avions exactement la même chambre sauf que c était 2,5 fois moins cher ! payer plus cher pour exactement la même prestation c est frustrant

Très décevant. Je devais rester 4 nuits, mais j’ai préféré quitter l’hôtel après la première nuit.

Le bungalow était très délabré et ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée, tout comme les draps et les serviettes de bain, ce qui est inacceptable. La salle de bain était également très vétuste et donnait une impression de manque d’entretien général.

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement.

Malheureusement, l’état du logement ne justifie absolument pas le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. À fuir !!

Lage war super. Preisleistung hat für uns nicht gestimmt, die Angestellten waren aber sehr freundlich hilfsbereit.

Die Lage war super. Nah am Zentrum und zum Turtle Beach. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Bungalow ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Geckos und Insekten konnten sich durch undichte Stellen in das Bungalow einschleichen. Die Ausstattung im Bungalow (Bett, Dusche, Waschbecken etc.) fanden wir dem Preis nicht gerechtfertigt und zum Teil nicht sehr sauber.

Il personale é fantastico e la posizione é buona. É possibile prenotare le biciclette e ci ha permesso di portare un gattino con noi (uno dei pochi posti che accetta apertamente gli animali domestici a Gili Air) e ha anche l'acqua calda (non scontato a Gili Air).

Pros:

The staff are fantastic! Along with the owner, they were welcoming, professional, helpful, friendly, and caring. I liked the modest, cosy, individual bungalows located in a preaceful and pleasant garden setting. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the restaurant provided other meals throughout the day. The central location provides easy access to the harbour, eastern beach, and shopping strips with eateries and other services readily available. The western beach is within walking distance for amazing sunset views. It was good value for money, and I would definitely come back again.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Und das Restaurant ist sehr schön und das Frühstück sehr lecker, jedoch eine kleine Portion

Wenn euch euer Schlaf wichtig ist würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten bereite euch drauf vor, dass ihr um 4:30 in der Nacht geweckt werdet, weil für eine Stunde lang ein Betsgesang ertönt. Leider haben da auch keine Ohrenstöpsel und das Kissen auf dem Kopf geholfen, und der Hahn ist ab dann auch nur noch am krähen. Das Bett ist leider sehr sehr hart und das Badezimmer ist offen und kleine Tiere können rein
