The stay was not pleasant. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.
Pros:

There wasn't a breakfast option.
The location is very good. This is the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than it was written in Booking.com.
The bathroom smells terrible from the drain. The sink was clogged
The towels are worn out and look unhygienic.
The room wasn't enough clean.
There is no insulation and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

Avoid.
Pros:

The only positive this about the hotel is that the inn is located pretty convenient close to bus and tram station or a 15 minute walk to galata bridge. nothing else i could see worth mentioning as positive for this stay.

Cons:

first night was spent at 14 C in the room as the radiator was broken, the AC was a joke and would barely reach 17C in the room after running the entire night. for the next nights we were moved to another room (204) then to another last room (104). i understood it was ramadan (and no technician to be found), but this is an establishment that welcomes everyone not just muslim. and from my understanding the issue was present for a longer time.
photos are from room 102 (no heating) and 104 (ripped of balcony where there was a wooden beam supporting the balcony of room 204, no joking) this is absolutely a danger as parts might collape (god knows when)

apart from that i forgot some expensive binoculars in one of the rooms (in 4 nights, stayed in 3 rooms), which were nowhere to be found anymore :)
thanks booking.com for the 15 euro voucher, that's how you do business with a long time customer

В следующий раз буду бронировать номер побольше, не стандартный. Вдвоем очень тесно. Замечательно провели 3 дня!
Pros:

Отличное расположение возле Галатапорта, рядом трамвайная остановка. Бронировала, чтобы спокойно добраться до круизного лайнера. Очень тихо в номере, очень чисто, убирают каждый день. Вход через код, можно в любое время возвращаться, не потревожив персонал. Кстати, в номер заселили раньше положенного времени, он был готов к нашему заезду. Это прям жирный плюс!

Cons:

Отсутствие лифта (не критично, жили на втором этаже). Сложно с чемоданом по узкой лестнице
