The location …it was wonderful to be so close to the park. The facilities are lovely…definitely a gem in the jungle. Very comfortable and welcoming.

I actually stayed here two nights but in two different rooms (availability). I loved the junior suite with the private bath. The rooms are very spacious and it’s incredible being able to sleep with the sounds and sights of the jungle around you. The staff were very helpful and kind.
Had a problem with the water in first room but no problems the second night.
Ruhige Lage direkt am Strand im Nationalpark. Toller sauberer Bungalow mit Meerblick und Terrasse mit Hängematte zum verweilen. Fantastischer Garten. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Beim einchecken gleich für den ganzen Aufenthalt Eintrittskarten (eine pro Tag) für den Nationalpark erhalten. Wenn man diese nicht braucht, respektive am Parkeingang nicht kontrolliert widr, kann man sie im Restaurant zum bezahlen verwenden.
Service im Restaurant teilweise etwas langsam und gewisse Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, aber stehts freundlich. Die Anlage liegt im Nationalpark daher etwas abgelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Tulum aber in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Mietpreise für Fahrräder überrissen insbesondere wenn man die Qualität dieser in Relation zum Preis stelllt. Abends ist nur das japanische Restaurant geöffnet. Alternativen in den Nachbarresorts, die fussläufig erreichbar sind.
Very convenient being located directly next to the entrance. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed hearing the howler monkeys at night.
The shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Beds horribly uncomfortable, no air con and fan barely moves air, dirty and buggy, paths hard to take luggage on, staff at front desk and restaurant rude and seem put out doing their job
Die Unterkunft liegt einfach super zentral nicht mal 2 Minuten bis zum Eingang zum Nationalpark. (Wobei das auch für die anderen Unterkünfte auf dem Gelände gilt). Somit hat man den Vorteil, dass man bei der Sonnenaufgangstour wirklich früh auf dem Tempel 4 ist und danach auch noch Zeit hat, bevor die Tagsesgäste kommen. Gleiches gilt für den späten Nachmittag. Essen ok, guter Standard. Aber 1 Nacht vor Ort reicht aus.
Wir hatten das Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht und mehr war es auch nicht. Bett, Moskitonetz, Nachttisch, Schrank und Bad. Unser Zimmer lag unweit der Rezeption und da es keine Fenster gab war es sehr laut, durch ankommende und abfahrende Gäste auch um 4h morgens.

The staff were a little unfriendly particularly in the restaurant. The ladies just didn’t seem that happy. The sunrise tour that was organised by the lodge was very poor. Very little information given, he was just intent on getting us to the waiting spot for sunrise

Can’t beat staying in the park, so handy for the sunrise tour. Cheap cocktails at the bar and fun having a pool table to play on.
Staff were quite slow and in the restaurant the level of English language ability was non-existent. The pathways to and from the cabins were annoyingly uneven.
