Would not have complained if I would have paid 800-1000
Pros:

Booking.com gave me option of with breckfast, and i chose that. But they didn’t have that. I am grateful that the property manager returned me 200 rs without more discussion. Thankyou sir.

Cons:

The room was not opened and cleaned from like decades… cockroaches welcomed us . Spiders and spider webs everywhere.Dust was there.Just grateful that there were no bedbugs. I understand that the property might have less footfall and so the rooms are not much in use…. But at least you would have opened it before handover and got it cleaned.

Very good and friendly staffs
Pros:

Very near to my work place and other places as well. Very easily findable.

Cons:

Proper pest control has to be done as there are too many insects . TV wasn’t working properly.

The rooms are good based on the price point.
The shower had hot water, they have smart TV and rooms are spacious compared to the price point.

Cons:

The property is situated at the end of the lane. Expect a 300 meter walk from the main road.
