We had a fantastic time and hopefully we will come back in the future.
Pros:

We love everything about this hotel. Rooms were fantastic with attention to detail. Beautiful views from our hotel room and restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic and we had such a great experience with dinner at the restaurant. An amazing food and service. We love the opportunity to swim and use paddle boards.

Pros:

Wir konnten unser Kajak beim Hotel über Nacht liegen lassen, die Lage am See ist wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich, die Stimmung im Haus war wohlwollend, entspannt, herzlich. Das Morgenessen und das Essen im Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das W-Lan hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit einem tollen Restaurant und sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

The view was amazing. The restaurant food was amazing , the staff were so friendly and helpful. Free coffee , water , fruit in the kitchen station was nice .

Cons:

The air conditioning was not good enough for August. Breakfast buffet was not so great.

Prijs-kwaliteit en super aardig personeel/
Pros:

Het personeel is aardig, ondanks wat lastige vragen van mijn kant (wel niet een dag bijboeken) bleven ze heel behulpzaam en uiterst vriendelijk.
De ligging aan de Thunersee is prachtig met een een geweldig uitzicht op de Niesen en de Jungfrau...
Goed onderhouden, geen stilstaand water dus geen muggen. Gratis gebruik van supboarden en je kan er prima bootjes huren. Al met al een top plek.

Cons:

Geen airco. Deze warme zomer is ook even wennen voor hotels als NIesenblick. De kamers zijn dan echt heel heet en je ligt aan een doorgaande weg, als je de ramen openzet moet je tegen auto's direct onder je raam heen kunnen of eenkamer boeken met zicht op het meer. Wifi werkte niet op alle kamers (kamer 40 bij onze kinderen hadden geen bereik).

Het uitzicht, de plaats waar het hotel gelegen is, de rust, het restaurant (super lekker)

Fremragende beliggenhed lige ned til søen.

Cons:

Befærdet vej giver desværre en del støj, især til de værelser som ikke ligger direkte ud mod søen.

Cadre idyllique mais système pas pratique
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de l'hôtel, les pieds dans l'eau et l'accès à la plage privée. Le parking privé est également un plus sachant qu'il n y a pas de possibilités de stationnement à proximité.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé le système de fonctionnement. On est livrés à nous-mêmes et on doit se débrouiller pour tout. Les langues parlées sont très limitées également. L'anglais n'est pas vraiment leur fort et le français encore moins. Ce qui est assez rare pour un endroit touristique. De plus, nous nous sommes fait voler nos serviettes sur les transats (heureusement pas d'affaires importantes dedans si ce n'est un livre).

Eine schöne Auszeit in einer wunderbaren Gegend mit direktem Seeanstoss und Sicht auf die Berge.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Küche ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist direkt an der Strasse gelegen, die Strasse ist gut befahren und lärmig. Ich muss aber sagen, dass wir zu Hause
sehr ruhig wohnen. Ich denke, man kann nicht alles haben, direkter Zugang zum See und auch noch eine ruhige Lage.
