Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, dalla mia camera si vedeva il parco del Palazzo Reale e la via era abbastanza piccola e non troppo trafficata, il parco dalla parte opposta della strada ha aiutato in questo.
Praticamente attaccata al Palazzo Reale, il Museo Nazionale ed il Riverside, frequentato principalmente da una moltitudine di Cambogiani, che nel weekend è veramente speciale, offrendo bancarelle di tutti i generi, fra cibo e altro, ho pure trovato il miele.
La camera era meglio di molti altri posti allo stesso prezzo, il bagno spesso emanava un cattivo odore al terzo piano, magari potrebbe essere meglio nei piani più bassi, ma ho risolto attaccando una busta di plastica sulla grata della porta del bagno, chiudendo l'areazione con la camera.
Il letto matrimoniale per metà era un po' sfondato (dalla parte che si utilizza di più), ma essendo da sola ho dormito dall'altra ed era comodo, se siete in due dateci un occhio quando vi consegnano la camera.
Le lenzuola erano pulite, anche se un poco macchiate, ed anche l'asciugamano era di buona qualità e pulito.
Alla fine ho trascorso 6 giorni ed ho ringraziato di aver trovato questa soluzione.
Lo staff, inizialmente un po' burbero, si è poi rivelato gentile e alla mia richiesta, mi ha aiutato a portare su e giù i bagagli al terzo piano a piedi ed ho molto apprezzato.
Se fosse più curato nella pulizia degli spazi esterni come scale e balcone, sarebbe perfetto, così dà un po' un senso di abbandono.
A parte un piccolo atrio al primo piano, non esistono spazi comuni, quindi troverete solo un botteghino sulla strada che funge direttamente da ingresso per le scale, con sopra scritto il nome della guesthouse e l'unica persona di riferimento.
È stato impossibile contattare la guesthouse coi numeri telefonici sul web, ho utilizzato solo il sistema di messaggi di booking.com quando ero fuori città, sperando rispondessero, quindi eventualmente chiedete un numero che funzioni al check-in, se ne aveste bisogno.

Un tres belle endroit pour le prix , en face d un endroit a faire .
Un excellent rapport qualité prix
Le couloir terrasse est tres agréable, jai pu échanger rapidement avec des personnes et ai rencontré des gens excellent.
Le personnel est là..... disons quil fait sont travail, du coup pas mal.

Un petit frigo et la climatisation qui faisait du bon froid .
A ce que jai compris ouvert 24/24 , en tout cas je suis arriver avant 1h du matin on ma donner ma clef .

Cons:

Alors oui 11 euro on est en plein centre dans une rue bien placé.

Je dirais le personnel qui fait son travail sans plus.
Une petite tâche sur mon drap au niveau des jambes.
Pas très moderne mais encore bien agréable.
Attention certains chambre n'ont pas le frigo
Et quelques petites moisissure dans la salle de bain ( ceci dit , dans tout le Cambodge et vietnam les ventilation ne sont pas automatique comme chez nous ...... il faut appuyer sur un interrupteur pour lancer la vmc..... du coup les moisissure sont sûrement du a une mauvaise utilisation de lair pendant des années...rien de grave !!!

Je repete quel j'étais tres satisfait de mon séjour malgré mes analyses un. Peu négatif ( d'ailleurs je voulais prendre une nuit supplémentaire mais l'hôtel était complet

Great location, but not comfortable
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, just next to the Royal Palace and the riverside. The view from the corridor is nice. The room was big enough. It had a small fridge, a kettle, a hair dryer, and a TV. The bathroom was ok, although also mouldy and a bit smelly.

Cons:

A steep and narrow staircase leads to the rooms, which is a bit hard to climb with luggage. The room felt dark, dirty, and it smelled like mould and smoke. I booked a double room with a balcony, but the room we got didn't even have a window. The hotel is quite run-down and doesn't feel clean, it could be great if it was upgraded/renovated or at least given a fresh paint. The room was big enough, but we didn't feel very comfortable in it. The wi-fi didn't work. There were ants in the room. No coffee or tea was provided. The receptionist was not very helpful when we arrived. Although the other receptionist who came later was friendly and helpful. It was ok for one night, but we couldn't have stayed there longer.

Cons:

Schmutziger Badvorleger, staubige Schrankfächer, Kühlschrank geht nicht. Tv ist dreckversxhmiert, Gläser im Bad sind dreckig. Matratze ist uralt. Als ich reklamieren, bietet man mir an, mir was anderes zu suchen.
Ich bekomme die vorausbezahlten Nächte ersetzt
