This is the perfect location for a place to stay when we visit our daughter at Wake Forest. We will definitely be back.

Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The pool was put of order, the whole reason we booked this hotel for the kids was the indoor pool. The AC froze up and dropped ice on our floor, the toilet clogged and the cleaning team never came to our rooms in the 3 days thatvwe stayed.

Quiet atmosphere

Cons:

No towels or washcloths in the room. The mini store was practically empty, very little items for purchase, especially beverages. The elevator was filthy.

Staff is great. Breakfast offerings were good. Room was clean and updated,

Cons:

Common areas a bit dirty. Floors needed washed - they were dirty and stained. Walls were stained in spots. Carpets in hallways a bit stained and smelly. But once inside room everything was clean and updated.

Too expensive, mediocre and not worth staying again.
Pros:

The check-in went smoothly. The front desk staff was nice and was helpful. The AC in the room worked well. This was clutch for the extremely hot days. I was there the 5/17/26–5/19/26z

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. They gave stale bagels and there were VERY few options. The pool was broken. However, this was not updated on their website nor when we checked in was I informed. I randomly asked because my nephew wanted to see how the pool looked. When we arrived it was a sign that was written in black marker on white paper. (Pool Closed). The room is very small. The rooms are cleaned every other day. This was an adjustment as I am accustomed to rooms being cleaned daily. I will most likely never stay at this hotel again. It was not worth the price I paid!

My stay was good. The only issue is housekeeping not cleaning when needed.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was great. Everything was clean and stocked.

Cons:

Had to go get housekeeping to clean the room. They didn’t come on their own.
