Pros:

Szuper volt az elhelyezkedése, a legfontosabb metro és JR megállók mind 15 percen belüli sétára voltak. A recepción mindenki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, a legtöbbször fordító alkalmazás segítségével oldották meg a nyelvi akadályokat. Segítettek számunkra a bőröndök továbbításában a következő szállásunkra. Kiemelném a takarító munkatársak kiváló munkáját, minden makulátlan volt.

Cons:

Kicsit nehezen sikerült beállítani a termosztátot/klímát, ehhez érdemes volna angol leírást mellékelni. Igazából nem volt valódi negatív tapasztalatunk.
