The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Pillows rock hard as was the bed. Also very small for 2 adults

Als zweckmäßige Unterkunft in Osaka sehr gut geeignet, vor allem für den günstigen Preis. Die kostenlosen Massagesessel in 4F sind ein Traum ;).

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eher auf den japanischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, etwas mehr Auswahl (mehr Brot, Müsliauswahl) für den westlichen Geschmack wäre gut. Leider werden die Zimmer sehr heiß, so dass man selbst bei kalten Außentemperaturen die Klimaanlage benötigt.

The courteous staff. The location. The rooms are smart in space and in efficiency. The bathroom was really nice. The lounge are has a nice presentation.

Pros:

Really nice staff, very helpful and kind. In my opinion the beds were really hard. But I asked for extra blanket and pillows. The breakfast did not have many options for me as a vegetarian. Otherwise a really good hotel!
