Pros:

Really nice staff, very helpful and kind. In my opinion the beds were really hard. But I asked for extra blanket and pillows. The breakfast did not have many options for me as a vegetarian. Otherwise a really good hotel!

Osaka on the go
Pros:

The courteous staff. The location. The rooms are smart in space and in efficiency. The bathroom was really nice. The lounge are has a nice presentation.

Хочу оставить отзыв об этом отеле. Нам всё очень понравилось. Мы жили с мужем вдвоём на протяжении двух недель в Осаке в этом отеле. В номере и на территории всегда было чисто, уборка проводилась регулярно. Даже если Вы пропускаете день уборки, возле Вашей двери оставят чистые полотенца. Атмосфера уютная и комфортная.
Номер был достаточно просторным, по японским меркам. Для двух человек проживание было комфортным. Однако для кого-то кровать может оказаться маленькой.
Расположение отеля достаточно удобное - рядом находятся несколько разных станций метро.
Завтраки были вкусными, в японском стиле.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда улыбчивые люди. Чувствовалось искреннее желание помочь и сделать отдых приятным.

Cons:

Это не минус, но если кому-то важна тишина ночью, то будьте готовы к тому, что рядом находится медицинский центр и ночью слышны сирены от проезжающих мимо машин скорой помощи

チェックインの際、清掃がされていない部屋を案内されました。
その部屋ではとても泊まれなかったため、部屋の交換をお願いし、別の部屋で宿泊することができましたが、あまり良い印象は残りませんでした。

2泊したため、宿泊料金の領収書をいただけるか、もし可能であれば1日ごとに分けて2枚の領収書として発行してもらえるかを伺いました。
しかし、フロントでは「可能です」と言ったにもかかわらず、宿泊料金に関する税金関連の書類を用意されました。
私は税金について一言も触れていません。

Pros:

駅から近くて、最寄りにコンビニ多数

Cons:

ボディウォッシュタオルの備え付けが無く、近くのコンビニも売っていなかったので探した。レイトチェックアウトが1時間1,000円などのホテルが多いと思うのでそのようにわかりやすいとよかった。
