Cons:

Utilizamos su servicio para enviar maletas y nos llegaron completamente destrozadas. Cuando contactamos al hotel nos dijeron que se desentendían porque ellos proporcionaban el servicio pero la empresa era otra. Nos dijeron que les contactásemos directamente, pero es una empresa que solo atiende por teléfono y no hablamos Japonés así que no pudimos hacer nada. Muy descontentos y nada recomendable, si ofreces un servicio no puedes desentenderte cuando da problemas.

Hotel não possui nome aparente e por isto dificulta localização. Local agradável e quarto bom.

Cons:

Funcionários com inglês sofrível (mais do que a média do Japão que já é esperado) e por isto complicado se comunicar

Clean,comfortable accomodation in central area
Pros:

Excellent central location but not noisy area with clean comfortable rooms. Bathrooms were clean with lovely hot water and choice of shower or bath. They had a shared area where l could access a microwave to heat food and ice for drinks...loved this!

With all due respect I would not book with them again.

Cons:

Check in time was very late at 15:00 which I could accept if the checkout time was reasonable. It was not. They wanted me checked out by 10 am or they warned I would incur additional room charges. Wish I had realized that when I booked as I would have selected another hotel. The room had no kettle or coffee or tea which should be pretty standard. Breakfast was only available from 7 to 9 am.
