Clean room, friendly staff, and everything necessary was provided.
The photos of the jacuzzi are misleading - it is located in a room without windows or any view, which feels quite unusual. The bathroom door did not close properly, so there was no privacy. The room itself is also quite small.

The staff are amazing and really make this hotel. Every single one we met were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Everytime we came into reception we were always greeted with a smile and asked how we were and our day was.
The location is great. Quiet and 5 minutes walk from the main road with the bars and restaurants and equally close in the opposite direction to a lovely walk along the coast to the Duden Waterfalls with coffee shops and cafes along the way.
The room was lovely, clean when we arrived and housekeeping everyday. We were on the top floor with our own balcony and hot tub. Perfect for days when we didn't want to venture too far.
There was a smell from the drains most days but we just covered them when we weren't using them.. problem solved.
