El último día mi cerradura digital falló debía salir temprano al aeropuerto se bloqueó no había nadie en lugar que me ayudara y no se contestaban los msj por app o whatpp deberían tener un personal siempre

O banheiro do quarto fedia a esgoto. O ventilador não funcionava bem e as paredes são tão finas que quando a pessoa anda no piso de cima parece que ela está pulando. Acordava de madrugada com os hóspedes de cima caminhando.

Absolutely disappointing experience.
I have travelled all over the world, and I have never experienced something like this before. This was an extremely negative experience both in terms of the accommodation conditions and the lack of proper response to such a serious issue. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.
I had a reservation at this accommodation from April 13 to April 18, and I was forced to leave on April 14 due to the complete lack of basic hygiene standards. The condition of the mattress and bedding was clearly unacceptable, with visible dirt and an overall sense of poor maintenance that made a normal stay impossible.
I suffered multiple bites, which further increased concerns about the hygiene and safety of the place. After reporting the issue, the property offered a room change, but this did not resolve anything, since the second room had exactly the same problems. This clearly shows that the issue is not an isolated incident, but a structural problem within the accommodation.
Under these circumstances, I had no choice but to leave the property and find an alternative on my own, having to book and pay for another accommodation for the same dates (from April 14 to April 18). In practice, this meant paying twice for the same service because this property does not meet even the minimum standards of habitability.
In addition to all of the above, the way the situation was handled by the property was completely inadequate. The attitude was unprofessional, with no real willingness to resolve the issue, avoiding any responsibility and redirecting the matter to the booking platform instead.
Despite providing clear evidence and giving the property the opportunity to resolve the situation, they refused to issue the corresponding refund.

La cama es terrible, nada cómoda, te hundes en ella.

Toallas viejas, difícil en ocaciones encontrar parqueo en la vía pública

Our room (10) didn't have a windows to the outside so ventilation was a problem. The temperature in March is okay, but in the summer may be an issue

me hubiera gustado un poco mas de extras como toallas y papel de baño

El secador de pelo podría ser mejor y tener opción de aire frío. El agua de la ducha a veces salía con poca presión y tardaba bastante en estar caliente, pero se soluciona esperando un rato.
