The rooms were clean, but my rooms always smelled damp including my clothes that I hung up in closet
Pros:

The common areas and the 3 rooms I had to be changed to were all very clean. The cleaning staff was friendly, always had a smile and did a great job. The description says across from a university, there wasn't one, Two streets had busy roadways, one had a fast food drive through and one had some trees. Not as big as it looks in the picture, but an okay place to stay for a few days.

Cons:

Front desk staff seemed bored and disinterested whenever I spoke to them, as if I was disturbing them. This happened when I needed help with a room change, which I had to request two times before they got it right because person didn't know which rooms had walk in shower or not. Often desk had no one there because they were outside smoking. No security, front desk didn't stop anyone either, you can walk in building and walk by front desk to the room; at least you needed a room key to get to pool but pool is near parking area and visible. Pool was very clean.

Pros:

Loved the pillows!!!! And how many were in the bed. Made for a comfy sleeping experience

Cons:

The lack of choices of coffee creamer. Most hotels provide French Vanilla or Hazel Nut.

Not a pleasant stay for a good night sleep and shower. Price was too high for what the room was.

Room had a bad aroma of weird cleaning supplies. Bathroom was dank and smells of mold and mildew. Mold on the bathroom walls. A/C filter not clean. 1 of the 2 queen beds was definitely broken and springs popping up. very noisy bed. Toilet had to be flushed multiple time before it fully went down and filled back up. Nightstand had sticky cleaning marks.

I was there for less than 12 hours of which 8 of it was sleeping. No real complaints other than the cable tv.
Pros:

The location and price were very good for me, but I still have to complain about the cable tv in the room. There has got to be a better system than what is currently in use there. Come on guys, it’s 2026.

Cons:

In the past 9 months I’ve stayed there at least 3 times. It has gotten to the point that I purposely listen to hear if the sliding door at the main entrance has been lubricated. Yesterday’s stay did not disappoint. It has not. I don’t see how anyone could sit at the check in desk and listen to that irritable squeal through the whole shift. I’m headed back there in October and I will again listen to see if it’s been serviced.
