Pros:

Check in was terrible. My room was not available when I arrived. Despite exchanging messages with them prior to arrival. Sent me to sister company hotel where room was terrible. Went back to StarQ and stayed in small room 1 night and moved to my room next day. Pictures are very deceiving. NO SAFE IN ROOM. Cleaning staff VERY good and friendly. Front desk no help with ANYTHING. GREAT location. "Wardrobe" was a clothes rod less than 2 feet long, and it was not deep enough to cleanly hang clothes.

Tengah-tengah Bukit Bintang. Senang nak jalan sana sini.

Cons:

Booked 2 single beds tapi dorang bagi queen bed atas alasan bilik lain tak kemas lagi. Sepatutnya jangan iklankan bilik Tu kalau penuh atau tak tersediakan. Saya rasa macam kena scammed sebab sepatutnya bayar murah jadi kena bayar lebih sebab dorang tukar bilik tanpa bincang.

Valueable for money, but i just little bit dissappointed for my first night experience.
