Over all good just wished they cleaned
Pros:

Good location good staff most of them friendly

Cons:

It was such a hassle to get them to clean we’d have to say 2-3 times a day sometimes wouldn’t listen

Good location. Center of bukit bintang

Cons:

Hotel scam. Different from pictures display at booking.com, Given small room to us, towel always dirty, non sound prove, even sound from another level walkway can hear from my room. My room celling broken, rain showers broken, I stay 5 days there and almost everyday i saw customers fight, angry to reception, because being scam, being cancel there booking when there arrive, and so on.

This hotel is absolutely unprofessional. I booked two rooms for my friends. One friend missed the flight, so I canceled that room before the free cancellation deadline (around 3:00 PM, while the deadline was 4:00 PM on the check-in day). Despite canceling within their stated policy, the hotel still charged me for all 4 nights. When I contacted them, they simply told me to deal with Booking.com and refused to provide any refund.

Even worse, my other friend checked out a little late on the last day. Instead of informing us about any late check-out fee or asking for authorization, the hotel charged my card without any warning or consent.

This was an unacceptable experience. Charging guests without proper communication or authorization is extremely unprofessional. Be very careful before booking this hotel.

Affordable and quite safe for a solo traveler. Near concert venue. Hopefully can upgrade for cleanliness.

Near to concert venue and easy to get food. Affordable. Quite safe for solo travelers especially girl.

Cons:

The room didn’t have tv,the aircond can’t adjust (allready told the housekeeper but they just passed by). The towels have stains, ripped and smelly. Luckily i’m bring my own towel. Bedsheets also have stains. Plug a bit far. Front desk very helpful.

Cons:

The accommodation provided did not match our reservation. We booked a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for 3 adults, but we were given a room with only 1 queen bed. This was not what we had booked and caused inconvenience during our stay.
